This place deserves all stars and their enjera is simply healthy and the best. I quitted purchasing enjera long time ago because of constipation issues but this place has the healthiest enjera and has kept me going healthy again.

Those who wrote a negative review sounds someone who is just jealous Because the Injera is always good. I drive from Grayson just so I can get Balageru's Injera. Their Customer service is excellent. The only thing I wish they had is online order for pick up or delivery by customers or uber eats.

Best place, but need to re-education the skinny girl cashier who used to work most of time her attitude is not good and scan and charge you for wrong product , others are very excellent

We bought injera from here during lunch time and when we took it home, although looking new the last injera already had started to show signs of going bad. Like it had the white spots that show that the injera is going bad.
