My boyfriend went into the store to to purchase snacks. His total was $3.11. He tapped his card it didn’t go through. Nothing abnormal, so he inserted his chip as instructed. Still no response from the payment system. After then swiping his card and it not working. He was told the system was not working and gave him proof of his issues. The problems comes in when his friend comes behind him and swipes with no issue. I mean you could consider it just a temporary malfunction. The issue arises when all three purchases were processed and stopped pending. They were never cancelled nor refunded. He went back to the store to advise them of the issue and requested a refund. They refused. He went back two other occasions and was given the run around. This seems like identity theft because the money was sent to their establishment from the financial institution. They have not coordinated any form of communication of regards to the refund which totaled $9.33. It may seem like a small amount but I want to protect others in the event they try it for someone with larger amounts. It’s also always when the same person is there that the event arises. She said her name was Markell but she wears a chain with a “B” so this may be inaccurate. So BEWARE!!! Be CAREFUL!!! And stay protected!! We will be trying to contact the BBB and the law enforcement. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated and useful.

Very upsetting!I went to get gas here because I suddenly ran out of gas at 17miles left. While I was pumping at the station 3, the gas stop pumping for no reason when it’s already at $6.44. So, I pulled it out and try to pump again and nothing. So, I started over by putting my card in but it was declined. So, I decided to leave but when I turn on my car, it was at 15 miles. At 15 Miles! I was curious what’s going on, so I went to talk to cashier. I showed him the picture and told him that I got no gas out of the $6 I paid for. He said, “6 dollars is nothing. That’s so little.” I said, “But I didn’t get any gas at all.” He said, “outside is outside.” He said it like I can break anything outside and he won’t care because outside is outside. Don’t get me wrong, $6 probably nothing to him but when I didn’t get not even a drop of gas out of the $6 I paid for, that’s a crime!
