The management doesn't care about the residents. They are just after their money. We asked for pest control services more than a month but Noone bothered to put the order on the work schedule. I have to go to the office to fix it but still nothing is done about it yet. We are having appliances issues and been told the maintenance will come check and till now ...... it's getting worse by day. The valley trash service (which we did not ask for and cost $26 on top of the $7 for the dumpster) is not to talk about. Your trash will sit at your front door for 4 days and generates flies.
This community was not like this when we came in but now, it's like just GIVE US THE MONEY AND SHUT UP.
I dint think the owner knows what's been going on in the community. They charge for every amnety but you get access to none. Every time an email will tell you the pool is closed from the beginning of the summer until the summer is winding down. Only two persons from the household are required to use any amnety if available. The are now a Joke. I don't mean to be hard on them but they don't treat people well and don't care to listen to what you are saying. But guess what: WE ARE NEVER LATE ON OUR PAYMENT.
Help is needed there.

Thus far, this has been the worst apartment complex I've ever lived!! From the constant knat problems, the air conditioning not working properly, the pool being vandalized, the mailboxes being broken into....oh let's not forget the the gunshots and bullets flying!!! My neighbor just got her living room window shot out! Very dangerous environment to call home. The lights on our building have been out since I transferred to this apartment. The prior property manager was stealing money from her residents and charging more for rent that stated! We've gone through 3 different corporate offices to fix the problem. I hope this management group takes care of the residents and the property!!!! Once my lease is up,I will definitely not be signing a lease again to live here. Future residents please be aware!

I have been a resident here since 2017. This place is going downhill very fast. The rental price has more than doubled since 2020, the increase in price is way above the quality of the units and amenities. My carpet has only been cleaned once since I’ve moved in. Pest control does not come when requested. Every day people are moving out and no one is moving in. Most buildings have 2-3 empty units. I was told my carpet was going to be replaced when I moved it but it has not happened. The pool is NEVER open. The playground is run down along with the fence that goes around it. The net for the pickleball court is nonexistent. The fence for the dog bark has fallen down and they will not repair it, the dog waste baskets are overflowing with dog feces and trash, they NEVER get emptied out and the pet waste bags do not get refilled. The office changes the entire staff just about every 90 days. The dumpster has trash all around it and at times it looks like a garbage landfill. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

I like living here it just that we have not been able to make any use of the pool it opened late in the summer season and closed b4 I could get a chance to use it due to vandalism they need a camera or two around the area the gym was unavailable for a good while but all in all its okay to live here you will learn to adjust

This is Melissa Toney in apt ****. I sent an email last week regarding the rats outside of my door and the valet not picking up our trash and no one ever responded to me. Now the rats are INSIDE my home. I’m assuming they got through from the laundry room that is unfinished.
This is horrifying for me as I have never had to live with rats nor be confined to my bedroom due to fear of them. How can this issue be resolved? Will a pest issue like this, a cleanliness and safety issue like this allow me to break my lease as I can not live this way.
Here is the email that I sent to Dahlia last week. I have not been here even six months and this has been the worst living experience that I’ve ever had. We have rats, a roach infestation, no access to the offered amenities such as the pool, gym or clubhouse, maintenance has not resolved the issue with my AC and the valet trash person comes when they want to.

I hope all is well! The Valet Trash in my building *** hasn’t been picked up since last Thursday.
There are multiple rats roaming in this area. I keep my garbage indoors until about an hour before the valet comes so that the rats don’t get to it as it’s very frightening opening my door to these rats. So last night, they got into one of the bags again and now yet again there’s trash in front of my door and the valet still hasn’t picked it up. And he definitely won’t clean the mess that the rats left.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the ongoing maintenance and pest control issues in my apartment and the broader apartment complex.
Two weeks ago on July 15th, I was assured that maintenance would patch the holes in my apartment to prevent rats from entering and that pest control services would be provided the same day.
Despite my follow-up visit to the office to ensure my name was on the list for pest control, no one has attended to these critical issues. Consequently, rats continue to enter my apartment, exacerbating the problem. As I sit here with my guests, the rats are walking around in my kitchen.
Additionally, the trash valet service consistently fails to pick up the trash on time, leading to rats scavenging through the trash on the staircases. There is also a significant roach infestation in my apartment.
Furthermore, the amenities advertised as part of the rental agreement have not been available. The pool has been closed all summer, there is no functional fitness center, and the community center remains under maintenance…
Email sent July 30th
Good morning Shanika,
Thank you for being kind to me yesterday and following through. I apologize for dumping this situation in your lap yesterday and for being so emotional.
I walked in the leasing office on July 15th 3 times and was lied to by Latori. I told her quietly my situation so that new applicants wouldn’t hear me and she lied to me and told me maintenance and pest control would be there the same day. I walked back up the hill and Dasia told me Latori must have been confused because maintenance only does 15 apartments. I was very upset so Dasia then went to the back and came out and told me that they’d be there that day and she also put my name on the pest control list.
I emailed them twice since that day and received no response. The situation just got worse. So this is why I was so emotional.
After maintenance sealed the holes yesterday another rat came out of the laundry room and went behind the dishwasher. I’m not sure if he’s now trapped inside or if an entry point was missed so pest control is definitely still needed….
