My wife and I have always bought local. When we built our home, we bought from Woods. But today we walked down from our store Lake & Laurel to buy 2 chairs for our lake beach. But when we asked if anyone from Woods has shopped at our local shop we were told no. "Mr. Woods please come to our shop to close the deal for the chairs and see our shop. Local visits Local. Thanks. Love my Lazy-boy Paxton sectional sofa that was customized through Woods Mercantile in Clarkesville, GA. Jessica and Bobby assisted me every step of the way with the size and fabric choices. It was delivered by Tyler and Peyton within six weeks and the ordering process and delivery were perfect. I am very pleased. Price was very competitive.

The salespeople were a great help and we laughed together and when I got home noticed chips on base of lamp,they were gracious and exchanged lamps for me. I will purchase my next buy from Wood's.

Working with our neighborhood association, I was shopping for high quality and long lasting outdoor patio furniture. Jessica, our sales representative, provided both outstanding service and patience as we revised our order multiple times to get the purchase within our allotted budget. Her attention to detail, patience and kindness were all part of our buying experience. I cannot recommend this business or Jessica more. Professional and top notch!
