3 older people working up front.Very rude, not friendly.Took them 10 minutes to even ask if I needed anything and I stood there and looked at them strictly in the eye and they ignored me.All I needed was to pick up photos.I didn't realize it would be that hard. Not even busy.

I came home from school to see my mom crying. I asked her what's wrong, she said it was walgreens. She said that the store attendants were following her like she was going to steal something. Then she said that everything she tried to ask somebody for help, they would just walk away. Walgreens, yall have to do something. There Is a lot of judgement going on there. That's not fair for her to go in there and people judge her. It's not fair for anyone to judge anybody. I expect yall to do the right thing.

The pharmacist at this location is very condescending and rude.My doctor prescribed a new medication and I requested a consult with the pharmacist because I was just a bit nervous about how to dispense and inject myself. Paid almost 800.00 and didn't want to waste the medication. She told me she didn't know anything about the medication and that I should call my Doctor. Being busy doesn't mean be rude to new clients and this pharmacist needs to retire period.In direct contrast, the pharmacy technician Candace, was completely swamped with customers and still took the time to look at a video and assisted me with the information that I needed. This employee exemplifies excellent customer service skills and deserves a 5 star review.

This is the only Walgreens store I shop at. I purposely go pass another Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions and do shopping due to the great customer service. From Gerald that works up front to Candace and my favorite pharmacist they are all the best. Each one truly cares about the customer and they all have a great personality, you can tell they enjoy their jobs.What else could you ask for from a small town business !Thank you all for being so kind to me and making my shopping experience so pleasant.

My family had to move from Ingles to Walgreens 1/1/23 for insurance reasons. I have been very impressed with the pharmacy staff. I also like their automation. Very professional! I saw some old survey's that were not good but that must have been a completely different team. This team is awesome.

I love this Walgreens store. The cashier cheerfully greets me as I walk in, the store is always orderly, and there is hardly ever a line. Past reviews are old and not relevant to the service lately.

My doctor's nurse called yesterday and said she could not call in a prescription because when she called there was no answer. I tried calling this morning, and today there's no answer too. That's bad!

I dont know if im an isolated situation or not, i recently moved about 2 months ago, i was using walmart but i decided to change being walgreens was my insurance preferred pharm. Well i had my doc call in script for syringes for my insulin, that was 6 weeks ago and still waiting. Also, my other scripts were about 3 times as expensive, my BP and acidcrefux meds were higher than ever paid. I live in a fixed income and this broke me i had 2 dollars left after this to last whole month. Its sad even if syringes came in i couldnt afford to get them. So i dont know what i will do about insulin.I have to say the tech that waited on me was very nice. Now im trying to schedule a vaccine for covid and cant get into the system. It says nothing available. Im about to give up on Walgreens and go somewhere else.
