We did the side by side and it was awesome. The guide was so nice and funny. The property itself is so beautiful along with the scenery. We had a really good time! Everyone was friendly. Definitely recommend this place and we will be back!

We had a great time riding atvs. It was a little bit too rough for my wife, so she ended up riding in the utv with the guide, and she had a great time (they were super nice and very accommodating, but unfortunately we forgot our guides names). This was our 2nd time here, the 1st time we rode the horses and it was amazing. The atv ride is awesome. You make a stop at one point, where they have a bunch of animals you can pet, such as goats, emu, pigs, llamas, and even a turkey (the turkey is mean). This place is a blast! Highly recommend!

Would Not recommend. My kids (ages 5 & 9) said this place was the worst part of our mountain vacation.Owner is a creepy old man that secretly follows/watches his guests. Our tour guide was great. But we would never visit them again because their owner is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. The owner brought our tour to a halt to embarrass our guide by screaming at him in front of everyone including my two little kids. Then to make everything more awkward, the owner began to fuss at customers for “hot-dogging” his equipment.

We got to ride with Alex as our guide. On vacation from ft myers fla and having our own horses back home, it was a pleasure and quite the experience to be able to trade the flat terrain for the gorgeous and challenging mountains. Alex got us to do some awesome cantering and challenging ride of the national forest!! Great place and horses were awesome!!

I couldn't do the motorcycle ride because I'm bad with ATVs, I really have to practice?, but I went in the cart and my boyfriend went ahead and it was a good ride, it's long but very fun, the guides were very attentive to us⛰️, good service and good place to adventure!

We did the ATV a week ago and it was a great time! Love our guide They did a good job with the video explaining what to do and not to do. I have ridden an ATV before but I do think it was a great idea to have all watch the video. We enjoyed stopping off to see the animals, boar piglets, goats, Llamas. Although that darn older Billy goat needs to be watched. He is a jerk!

One of our favorite outdoor destinations for ATV and Zip line tours. The staff is always friendly, helpful and focused on your safety. We visit at least twice a year and have never been disappointed. The cabins are also pretty nice and the hot tub is a nice touch during the colder seasons.

This ziplining is amazing. I have done ziplining before but Sunburst was the best!! Being you can go upside down on the zipline, going through a bat cave they called it but a tunnel with misters, going through the woods and trees then going over a farm and you can go through a fountain to get wet. The guides were extremely helpful and a lot of fun. They made the day so much better!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!

WARNING! Stay away! I took the AVT tour in the Summer of 2023 and the trails were truly horrific! First of all, the place is not well kept. The buildings are in dire need of repair. The staff is not social and lack basic customer service skills. Instead of enjoying the natural scenery of the mountains during the ride, it was extremely difficult to maintain balance on the 45 degree rugged and rocky hills. During the latter end of the ride tour, I fell over with the ATV and the ride was over. One shady employee wanted to charge me close to $400.00 for very small "scratches" on the ATV's bumper. According to him, "It causes the ATV to be imbalanced." This is their way of deceitfully racking up more of your money. Customers there are plenty of other ATV tour companies. Please STAY AWAY! Please read the other 1-star poor reviews if you are not convinced!

Wonderful place! Our tour guide Landon was great about balancing the needs of the whole group. I have been riding for years, but my boyfriend is a beginner. The trails were well mantained and the horses were well taken care of. Landon made sure to tell us about the horses turnout pastures and thatthey only do rides for 2-2.5 hours a day.Locally owned small business that I would definitely recommend!

First time horseback riding & zip lining and it was great! The best most patient guides(Austin, Nolan, and Caden). Healthy tame horses. And pretty views when zip lining. Thank you guys!!

My husband and I enjoyed a visit on a Monday. We did an ATV tour in the morning with Jonathan and Bryce. And then we had an afternoon 1 hour horseback moonshine ride (I can't remember our guide's name and I'm sorry!). They were all so friendly and had such great energy. They were patient for the ATV learning and answered any questions we had. We got to go through the animal farm they have and feed the animals (goats, donkeys, etc). The horseback ride was just a relaxing journey and so peaceful. It is something I'd love to do again. Next time I'd like to try the ziplines they have also. And at the end of our long day of adventures, we relaxed in one of their wonderful cabins on their property. The back porch overlooked the pasture where we could catch glimpses of the horses when they came out way and we had a hot tub to relax our tired, happy muscles in.

The whole entire experience was great, but it was expensive. My husband and I paid $245 just for us. I think a single ticket is $134. It was about an hour and a half time overall. I highly recommend sunglasses and a mask! They should put this on their site. This is because the dirt hitting you in the eyes and going in your mouth. Very nice tour instructors!!

This family-owned and operatedestablishment offers lots of activities for families and adults. We enjoyed the two-hour ATV/UTV tour. It weaves through a picturesque mountain forest to the top of the mountain where you can climb an overlook stand for great views of the area.On the way back down the mountain you stop a petting farm where you can feed and interact with pigs, steer, donkeys, llamas, mountain goats (which easily navigate narrow boards above your head connecting the roofs of the buildings), bunnies and more. They also offer axe throwing, gem mining, fishing (for kids), and a zip line swing at this stop.I highly recommend scheduling your trip during the morning and (ideally) not during busy weekends. We've done the tour twice, and it was MUCH, MUCH more enjoyable with a small group in the morning midweek than a large group in the afternoon over Memorial Day weekend. However, the guides and staff werefantastic both times - even when there were some highly challenging guests in the larger group. The owners' sons run most of the business now, and they were both extremely nice and approachable. You can tell their top priority is for guests to have a good experience and stay safe while doing so.We'll definitely continue to visit them for other adventures when we are in the area in the future.
