Mill Creek takes care of my pets as if they were their own when they're boarded. I come back with a stray weeks later and they STILL talk about my cat from when he was boarded, saying how much they loved looking after him for me.
They work me in for emergencies as quickly as they can. The vet staff AND front desk staff are so incredibly kind. So glad I made the switch!

Newbies in town, received such a warm welcome at our first visit, friendly and very professional staff. We feel very lucky to have found this veterinary clinic. Health issues were addressed thoroughly and we feel confident with the medical advice offered, and it was priced appropriately.

Always available for last minute appointments. I am new to the area and have brought my two cats and dog. They are always kind to me and try to help me with costs as much as they can. The vets are very knowledgeable and patient. This has been the most affordable vet I have found in the area. I would recommend them to anyone in north Georgia!

I can't even begin to describe the service! They wanted me to make 3 visits to get 2 stray abandoned kittens spayed? I called first and also emailed to make sure they take the Spay GA certificates. Then I was told about requiried vaccinations. Ok, fine. Then I got the kittens vaccinated at Tractor Supply but they were not 16 weeks so couldn't do rabies. Called Mill Creek back, made the appointment, told them FVRCP was done but could not get rabies. They said they could do rabies there when kittens come for wellness check up. ($151). I make appointment for both kittens, take the day off, get there, wait 1 hr. only to be told they could get wellness exam but have to come back next week for vaccines, they could not get booster for FVRCP today. ($228 for 2 checkups and no vaccines when I was quoted $151? Can't even get a spay appointment until they are seen for checkup and vaccinated. I am due to go out of state but possibly they could get them in in August? I took the day off and have to take another day off? And then I'm told they don't have time to see both kittens because of the "confusion"? Firstly, we waited an hour; secondly the place was empty. That was their way of throwing us out.
I was upset, but it turned out to be a Blessing in disguise. I made 1 phone call to another vet, got both kittens an appointment for next week where they will be assessed, vaccinated and spayed-- all in one visit, for hundreds of dollars less!
Shop around people, this business takes those certificates but you wind up paying much more!

Very long story: I got my dog Saber when he was 6 months old. He’s a 56 pound husky mix. I was stationed in South Carolina when I got him. The vet that I took him to in SC regularly was really good with him even though he was anxious. Saber has always been kind to people and other animals and the vet always did there best to be kind and get him out of there as quick as possible. No meds, no cruelty. Now I was taking him to Mill creek. And Saber went in as anxious as he did at his previous vet and they immediately put him on meds. The medication by the way turns him into a whole different dog, it’s sad really. They will turn 30 minute visits into an hour by baby talking and giving treats. My dog just wants out of the unfamiliar building and they make it take so much longer. Now if it was just that I would have put up with it. The thing that made me pull my animals records, wrote this review, and go to a different vet was the fact that I called them about boarding my dog and they said and I quote “we won’t board aggressive dogs.” My dog is super friendly and always has been, people love meeting my dog, he is really great with other animals even after another dog attacked him a couple months back. So I don’t recommend this vet if you have a large dog and dog recommend this vet if your dog has anxiety.

It's great knowing there are only two Vets there that are going to get to know my furbabies.
They are very caring and were very kind when I lost my Sarge.

We were visiting from out of town when my mom's baby had a medical emergency. The staff at Mill Creek was compassionate, empathetic and and did the very best they could for our Greenlee. We are sad about her passing, but the staff helped us through everything.
