Picked up a U-haul from this location, and can honestly say it was some of the best customer service I've ever had. He opened his location 2 hours early to accommodate my schedule, and was one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Also, if you're lucky you'll get to meet Rocky, the SWEETEST pup!

Our experience with Bobby at Gold & Silver Exchange was excellent. Bobby was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We received the right equipment at the price quoted for our move out of state. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. We will definitely rent from Bobby again and recommend him to those who need U-haul services in town or cross country!

Bobby was awesome and so very helpful with my Uhaul rental. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know that the trailer was ready, and he checked me in and hitched me up quickly. Two or three thumbs up!

We went in for the first time about 6 months ago and the young lady who helped us was super nice and we feel we received a very fair deal so we have gone back a couple of times more and every time so far has been great, I love that they are local and to me very honest and fair! She never treated us anyway but nice and she never made us feel like we were second class or trash because we were selling out stuff and I don’t know about you but, that means a lot to me! Especially if everyone has ever been to a pawn shop or somewhere like that where they DO look down on you. If we have anything else that is silver or gold we will go back to Gold and silver exchange in Clarkesville Ga.

We stopped in to have a coin look at after calling several other places over a few days. Cynthia was so sweet and helpful. She was very upfront about the pricing, and the process took less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for gold or silver melting.

Just stopped and cashed in some silver to see how they treat walk-ins, since I'm looking for a trustworthy local silver buyer. I understand charging a fee, but 20% off the top of daily spot is pretty steep. I hope the extra percentage was worth the cost of a customer and any recommendations. Guess I'll continue looking.

Called around Clarkesville for a uhaul rental and this place was the most polite and helpful! Great customer service. Would recommend!
