Saturday completely ruined. We were told a part would be delivered by 1pm. It didn't come on that truck so they told us 3pm. Then it didn't come on that truck so they told us 7pm and then again 8:30pm. Called the next morning and the part was "lost." Don't tell your customers you can have something if that is not the case. We instead had to figure out a way to get to the Buford store in order to get the correct part before having to get the car up and going for work Monday. A person's/a company's word should mean something. Unfortunately that's not the case here. Do better.

Went to this place a gentleman named Joey help me he tells me that he doesn't know anything about what's going on they never train him on a thing that has to do with Auto parts I showed up a few days before this it took three people to change out a windshield wiper blade which they told me was only going to be 23 bucks but before the end of the experience it ended up costing me $50 AutoZone you should be ashamed of yourself jus because you put an auto parts place in the country put these country people where they don't even know how to work on a brand new car they can fix a farm tractor or a 1999 Chevrolet with a 350 but if you ask them for anything else other than that you're pretty much in a bad spot please give your employees some up training what a waste of my time will never shop with you again and have been a long time customer

They always give me amazing service at this location. Joshua H got me all set up for an oil change and offered to change my wipers on the spot. They are always super sweet and happy to help here! Very appreciated!!!

The , I believe manager, of this particular store is the most non personable, least helpful employee a business can have. I think his name is Chris. If you need anything that requires him moving from behind the computer then you can probably forget it. Several occasions I’ve been in this store and had issues with simply getting an answer or help. I won’t be back and would not suggest this store to anyone. Too bad I can’t do more to discourage others from going here or I would. Autozone must really have a hard time finding decent help.

Employees were very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions with knowledgeable responses and unbiased suggestions as to what were the best options to correct my engine problem. Although it is a franchise, the employees are local and have good customer skills.

What a sh&$ show! The staff just sits behind the desk til u check out and the lady is overly nice to some customers. Specifically a mechanic, I felt bad for his wife bc he had a ring on when he walked in and embarrassed for the girl she’s obviously d*** in that department. I will not go back!
