If you're looking for a solid Allstate insurance group, take the time to go sit and visit with the folks at Healther Napier Allstate agency in Chickamauga, GA. You'll find an entire staff of friendly agents and staff to promptly greet you and very knowledgeably discuss a wide range of insurance policy coverage and the multitude of discounts available.
For us, there was no question but to sign on with Allstate through Heather's office. We now have a home and our vehicles all covered under their excellent policies that we've determined to be the lowest cost and without constant unwarranted rate hikes throughout each coverage year that we had been experiencing with State Farm.
Always shop your insurance and I certainly recommend that you take your policies and sit down with the folks at Heather Napier Allstate agency and let them see if they can save you money. They certainly get 5 stars for the kind of knowledgeable service they provide.
UPDATE: Allstate homeowner's insurance has cleverly changed its strategy. Now they use a 3rd party service that provides Allstate with their personalized review and assessment of what it would cost to replace your home. Subsequently, our annual policy skyrocketed and overshot the actual market value of the home by a large margin. Not only was the 3rd party estimate absurd, the home is in an extremely low-risk area that has never experienced a single extreme weather event during the 13 years we've owned it. When we questioned Allstate's third party assessment approach, we were quickly told that it has become state law that insurance coverage must be styled in a manner that provides full restoration if the home is a total loss. Leave it to lobbyists to create a pathway for insurance companies to force policy structures that equate with soaring premiums in a low-risk environment.
It's simply a strategy by Allstate to try and justify raising homeowner's insurance premiums to absolutely ridiculous proportions. Their standard policies and premiums also strictly include only the home and other structures on the property. Any personal property and other items of value are breakaway add-ons in the form of rider policies that if adopted will send your annual premiums into the stratosphere.
Young couples who often complain that home prices are simply too much to afford have now found it outright impossible to achieve home ownership because the homeowner insurance policies have pushed their chances entirely out of reach altogether.

Heather Napier insurance agency gave me more insurance coverage for less money than a company I had been with for years super friendly staff very knowledgeable and courteous felt like goin to see an old friend I hadn't seen in a while give them a try it saved me several hundred dollars a year and almost tripled my coverage

Worst customer service from an agent ever!!! Worst emails from any business ever!!! Lots of turnover with staff. When I called and asked staff why premiums increased, I was told "It's just an Allstate thing." Staff members also told me that I could go online and make adjustments in my coverages. This is something, I feel, should be done with my agent, who hasn't been available in months. I have since changed agents - The new agent sat down with me today, reviewed my policies, made recommendations and adjustments in my coverages, which moving forward are going to save me money. Also, my new agent explained how these changes in coverages would affect me in the event of a claim - very knowledgeable and informative! I cannot recommend Heather Napier as an insurance agent.
