This is my neighborhood “last minute/oops I forgot/emergency items” shopping spot. It’s so convenient to have in Chickamauga. The employees are ALWAYS attentive, helpful and friendly. I shop here often and have never had a negative customer service experience. The staff always treats me and my children with respect and hospitality. Like all Dollar General stores, they have a huge selection in a small store so it can get a bit cluttered but the staff at this location is always willing to help me find anything I’m looking for.

The parking lot was clean as I pulled to the front of the store. There were Bout 5 customers Inside shopping The store . I was warmly greeted by the workers upon entering the store. I'm a bit older than the employees there, however, they made me feel like I was the best thing since peanut butter. Ever so helpful, attentive to my needs, helped me download the coupons to save extra money. I left feeling so blessed . I do shop there often, I felt I needed to share my experiance with others. As an elderly person, my only flaw with the store as well as most dollar general stores... its always cluttered. I'm sure customers play a huge bearing on merchandise in the floor, not on the shelf where tags are marked with prices, shelves so full of miss sized shoes or other merchandise in a clutter. Usually there is 2 employees there. I would hire just a person to keep shelves in proper order. Post signs in several languages to customers to put things back where you found them. Sometimes when I'm there I can't even get my buggy down an Isle due to the cluttered Isles. (This goes out to the customers) " who allow their children to carry the stores toys, candy, shoes, etc. Laying them any where besides where they belong".

The manager of this store deserves all the praise! I am sick with the flu and needed some items. I explained to her I couldn’t come in but wanted to send my son in to purchase the things. I asked if she could help him find the things. She asked what I needed and gathered all the items before my son got there! Wow! What amazing kindness! I’m grateful to have her there!

Very Very Very disappointed with the way the lawn around the store looks, it’s awful. You should see how the corporate office grounds are mana cured and pruned. I’m so disgusted with them I don’t even shop there anymore. I wish more people would stop going there.
