Just got internet service and a free fax line for my business for less than $70 monthly. Was a easy process with the help of Ethan he answered all my questions. He also helped me with a current special no install charge really made it extra nice.

I have repeatedly tried to get internet service started and I keep getting ignored or forgotten about. I've called once a week for over a month now, trying to get service turned on. I am being told that they will have to call me back after they've confirmed an open spot. I haven't even started service yet, and this is how customer service is? They act like they don't want my business. Im more than likely going to stay with Comcast and that's saying a lot....

HUGE improvement on internet QUALITY and RELIABILITY compared to Spectrum in Chickamauga. Switched from cable to fiber. It's always on. It is fast. I work 9hr shifts online from home and my work is noticeably smoother and less frustrating without the constant network timeouts from packet loss I was getting with cable. And it's cheaper! They're easy to get ahold of by email or phone when you need something and they do a great job without constantly pushing you to buy more stuff and bombarding you with junk mail.

Genuinely the worst internet provider ever. We have no other options as we’re in the middle of no where, and they know that. Every time our internet goes out we ask them to come out and they just say “I have a connection” or “it’s because you’re so far out here” so we just pay for internet that doesn’t work and there’s nothing we can do about it? I feel like I’m living the in 1950s. We can’t watch Netflix or even use our phones. Ridiculous

We’ve had Chickamauga Telephone for a very long time. We’ve just recently had fiber installed. We love it! We would recommend them to everyone!

My internet works great and Allison was a big help getting my account set up and super friendly. Since my setup I’ve spoken with Ted twice and he’s extremely unfriendly and rude not only to me but the people that he spoke to while I was there, he is certainly not someone that needs to work in customer service with a disposition such as his.

I would give ZERO stars if I could... Worst internet provider ever! We pay for good internet but have only ever received less than good service. They come out and check the same ole things. Yet they never fix anything & just tell us that they’re trying to get fiber on our road. Yeah, well they’ve been saying that for at least 3 years now. I should be able to stream Hulu and use my phone at the same time. Instead, Hulu/any other streaming service freezes until I turn the WiFi off my phone; causing me to use all of my data. The average download speed we get is about 8 mpb’s & the average upload speed we get is 0.88 mpb’s. WE PAY FOR SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT YET WE HAVE NEVER GOTTEN IT! Our service is horrid. We pay for 20 MPBS and only get maybe 6, if we are lucky. Tech told my husband there are some phone wires around that are from 1965!! How does a company charge you for something you NEVER get? Because they say "up to 20 mpb's".. but they should say "you will NEVER get near 20 MPB's, but we will charge you as if you are. They mention Fiber Optics but they will never follow thru! Ridiculous!

They are the only company I have to choose from at this point in time and the service that we get for internet is literally the worst. I would cancel, but then we would have nothing all of the time. At least 40% of the time our street has internet. They need to work on getting fiber to all of their customers. It's 2019, let's act like it.
