“I've posted packages and letters from this convenient location for the last eight years. The woman who normally runs the window has never failed to alert me to ways to save money on my shipping and has actually helped me prepare a package when I wasn't sure how to pack an item to fit. Recently had to send priority envelopes and asked for signature service. There was a new clerk there and she advised me that due to Covid-19 the deliveries are contact-free. She said I could certainly pay for the additional service but the carrier would simply sign it and write covid19 on the letter and just put it in with the recipient's regular mail. New clerk also saved me some money and I still got tracking on the letter so I was satisfied with her service.”

“I went there yesterday morning for the first time and will be going to this location moving forward as long as I’m in this area. They were open as soon as they stated online they are open unlike other USPS locations. I was serviced by Alyssa who is very nice and helpful. She made sure that I have enough insurance on the package I shipped and asked if I had any need for stamps or anything else that day. Thank you!”

“I ordered different packages this week and I received 2 large bags from SHEIN but the third package, a cap, is missing! They marked the package as delivered, I made the claim and they say they can't do anything if I don't insure the package!! So it means that they can keep our things just because? And the service we pay for is not worth it or are they discriminating against me??? On Saturday I spoke with the girl who delivers the mail to us and she tells me that she is going to check at the warehouse because many times the scanner accidentally marks the package as delivered and it was not delivered!! My annoyance is the following, 2 large bags of around 5 pounds each arrived and a small package of greater value disappeared, which seems totally unfair to me! The cap is the one in the photo. All that's left is for someone who works for you to wear it later!! Be careful because our packages cannot be disappearing just because!! Now they say that I have to make another claim and then they say that if the package was not sent to me with insurance! They can't do anything ?! Below I attach the tracking number and then the claim number and then the photo of the cap in case they find it or see it on one of your workers.”

“This is just a sorting and package handling facility. It is NOT a normal post office.But if you do have an issue, the staff will try their best to solve it. I had a lost package, and within 20-30 minutes they had searched multiple routes and found it.”

“Year 2019 February is presidents day on a Monday. Federal agencies can choose to not be open on that day. The county marshall was working that day. Sometimes not even schools or the banks are open on presidents day. This post office had everything I needed the next day after presidents day.”

“My experience with this office was very pleasant. My phone call was answered swiftly (10:49am) and the USPS representative that answered "Bernie" could not have been nicer or more helpful. She took a lot of time out of her already busy day to help me resolve an issue with a shipment delivered to the wrong address. She also placed a follow up call to me regarding the shipment as more information about the tracking became available. Thank you Bernie, you were wonderful!”
