“I greatly appreciate them and how they are never rude when I have a question, and they take their time. Shipping with them and sending mail is always a quick and easy process for me. They may need another employee up front, I think they're sometimes short staffed for how busy it gets at this location. They still get the job done faster than in some locations in USA that have 3 or 4 people up front.”
“You people (talking about all the bad reviews) especially calling out the one that says all we have is one job to do. If you can do it better than us. We are hiring. Other than that keep your mouths closed. Seems like all you people want to do is complain and gripe about something. Get a hobby and do something else besides that! “The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. It’s a small post office. With regards to packages, Blue Ridge is responsible for all deliveries in the Mineral Bluff area. This post office handles PO Box mail only… So any complaints regarding delivery should not be addressed to this post office.”
