Heather (the studio owner) is absolutely incredible. I got a 3 class pass to use over a few day stay in Serenbe. I signed up for an aerial yoga class — I have ZERO experience doing aerial yoga — and Heather was so incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging as were the other attendees. My friend and I went to Heather’s night time restorative yoga class and it was absolutely magical and indeed so restorative. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with this yoga studio and can’t wait to come back for goat yoga!

Had 3 classes in 3 days over a long weekend R&R visit. Cannot say enough good things. I’m a certified yoga teacher part-time, and it’s always fun to experience other places. Very conscientious and kind studio, and yet the classes are tough love — LOL. Which I needed. Highly recommend!

I tried aerial yoga for the first time here and it was amazing! Paulette made everything light, fun and accessible for a first timer. She was so helpful at recommending activities around the property too. Later, we ran into studio owner, Heather, by the goats and she graciously directed us to the Hair bus and even offered to take our pic in the 95 degree heat! Serenbe Yoga and its community is like no other!

Paulette was an amazing teacher! She made the class so much fun and gave excellentinstruction! Absolutely reccomend taking an aerial yoga class here!! Doesn't matter if you've never taken one before. It was my first time but definitely won't be the last!

My girls and I had a wonderful weekend at Serenbe but the highlight that weekend had to be GOAT YOGA! Heather and Stevie were fantastic! We laughed so much but were also amazed at what they helped us feel comfortable accomplishing! Such a cool experience! Definitely recommend!

Heather really took care of our group for aerial yoga back in February! It was our first time, so we didn't cover that many poses, but the ones that we did were amazing! And Heather's instruction and attention were right on point. It was a surprisingly good workout but soothing at the same time...as Heather said, a reliving of our carefree childhood! Loved it and will definitely do this again. Looking forward to checking out Heather's goat yoga too!

I loved the aerial yoga class that Heather instructed! What a fun way to exercise, stretch, and get into zen all while being carefully instructed. Heather made sure each one of us felt safe and at ease with each pose. She also made sure to take plenty of pics of our group. Heather accommodated our group so well. Thank you! I plan to come back for the Goat Yoga next :-)

I attended the Candlelit Yin Restorative class this past Saturday and it was simply amazing. I had never done Yin before and can't wait to do it again. Heather hosted a truly relaxing experience with gentle adjustments. I also had the opportunity to observe Goat Yoga as well and I will totally be trying that some time soon!
