Warehouse carpets is always great. I don't ever have anything but praise for these people. I don't think I have ever met a group of people that are as nice and caring as everyone I've met here. I actually rent one of the warehouses from them and I'm greatfull for that. Thank you and God bless you all ❤️

Just a follow up to those who asked. My Stanton carpet is now so matted down I am getting a new area rug. Not even 8 months old. I guess warranties mean nothing to this Company. Thanks for asking!

I cannot say enough about the prompt, excellent customer service I received from Warehouse Carpets!!! I sent an email to them on Sunday and they had responded, answered a few questions, returned my phone calls promptly, and had my order details all worked out Monday morning. The flooring arrived at my house on Friday!Their pricing was very reasonable ($1/sq ft below local retailers), the shipping fair and fast, and no tax! Scott Blanchard was my sales rep and he is as professional, knowledgeable, and helpful as a I could ever hope for. He is a true gentleman, as well as very competent salesperson.I will be doing business with them again!

Cheryl was great to work with. I have a builder that sent me to his carpet installer to pick out carpet for our new home. We didn't like the styles they offered and he couldn't get us the higher end lines. Went to a number of other carpet distributers here in town and got some quotes. Frustrated with how much they were charging compared to our budget, I went online and looked around. I ended up working with 2 different online carpet wholesalers (they are all located in Dalton GA) and ended up finally buying from here because they seemed much more knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. In the end I saved about 30% over going with a local carpet company and I was amazed how easy it was to order online. I will always buy my carpet this way in the future. Thank you Cheryl!

All of the sales reps at Warehouse Carpets are very knowledgeable of their products, they get to know your likes and dislikes and they don't care to go that extra mile for you. I know this because I am not only an employee at Warehouse Carpets I am also a happy Warehouse Carpets customer.
