Love Walgreens except for I can't purchase all of the OTC stuff I need with my Humana card. Also, I just got home from filling one of my meds and one was broken and all of it wasn't there! Just half and a piece of the other half! So, ya'll might want to check before you leave the pharmacy. I called and told them but they didn't offer to make it good. She acted like she didn't believe me actually!! It's the first time that's happened, but REALLY??!!

I called Walgreen too check on a prescription and I stayed on the phone 15 mins and still nobody answer they would pick up and put it on hold again

Transfer meds from another pharmacy 2 hours later was told ready to pick up when I went to pic up I was told that meds were not sent from other pharmacy yet, so I called other pharmacy and as I was on phone call walgreens were just now calling to get it transferred so they lied to me no one had made a call to make the transfer i was explained that everything was done by phone....so true story they had never made the call went by 30 min later and was lied to again she said prescription was just sent in 3 minutes ago... (lie) I was nice never said anything just "ok" comeback in another 30 min..I have a baby and a 7 year old that are also sick in my car if it's not ready please just say that to begin with thats all.

One day I was driving to Chatsworth to go see a friend but I stop by Walgreens to see if they had foundation that matched my skin and I was having trouble finding it. Then a young men name Charles Davis comes up to me and asked if I was finding everything ok and I said not really and that I’m looking for a foundation that matches my skin torn and he help me out and gave me tips on how to apply it and it was really helpful to me since I have wore foundation in a long time. He was very nice and sweet that’s I give this place five stars.

Horrible customer service. I arrived at 7:59pm, and was told by both the pharmacist and pharmacist tech that they wouldn’t give me my, already filled, prescription due to the reason being “the pharmacist lives in Marietta, and they close at 8:00pm.” Contacted Better Business Bureau as well as the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy regarding fact of how irrelevant this statement was.

Waited at check out for a good while without being addressed. Finally someone walked past and I asked if register is open was told she went outside to help with propane. When she came in said they'll take u down there. Meaning photo which hadn't moved for probably 8 minutes or more. People just don't want to work.Left merch at door and walked out. Walgreens lost this sale.

They had everything I needed. It did take me a while to find some things, but an employee offered to help. They had a sale on today on selected beauty products, candy, and other things. Employees were helpful and courteous. The store was not crowded. There is handicap parking.

I went in to get some concealer and moisturizer for a skin problem I had, the associate, Stephenie, at the makeup desk asked if I need any help. I told her about the problem I had and if she had anything she might recommend for it. Expecting average feedback, she quickly gave me a product for my skin issue with backed up experience and explanation as to why that product would work for my situation. She went above and beyond helping me and explaining everything, great costumer service. I’m from Cleveland, TN passing through to go to Atlanta and her service was unexpected but made my night so much better.
