if this is the O'Reillys in chatsworth Ga i rate them a zero a woman was checking out she left there were 3 men standing at the front and finally after 2 mins. one says to me we will be with you in a min and they cont. talking when my husband walked in they finally decided to help me and as we walked out my husband said wow they are racist i said i thought that the 1st time i went in there but im sure this time so i wont be back their manner told it all and their tones

I have read some of the reviews here recently and I am the manager of this store and have been for the last 2 years. I dont know anything about management scamming people but I would like to hear details please. I try to give the best service I can to each and every customer I can. I will always treat a customer with respect and do all I can to help them. If there is an issue at this store please contact me or stop by so we can talk about this and I can get to the bottom of it. I am always here for the customer, regardless of the business name on my shirt. Customers pay the paycheck.

I gave it five stars even though I was in there with three other people only two employees were working and one of them was on his phone with some family remember because he said I love you at the end of his call when he said I got to go.I thought it was rather rude that talking to a family member was much more important than taking care of his customers. But I'm getting used to this kind of rudeness from different kinds of employees. (not here)
