I ordered the drive thru . My tea was not good so I asked for a sprite .I noticed her about the tea she said she had nothing to do with that I tried to hand it back she told me to throw it away myself. I told her for future reference to other customers the tea was not good. She said what ever and closed the window. She was rude non the less.

We stopped at this Wendy's for a road trip They are horribly understaffed but every employee greeted us kindly and apologized for being so slow They all worked very hard and these are among the hardest jobs available today mainly because of impatient and unfortunately unkind folks. But these employees shined We were there today at 3:00 p.m. I hope they are rewarded for their efforts.

Gave me OLD,COLD, DRIED OUT FRIES. I could not finish them. They went in the trash. Unbelievable. I will NOT GO BACK.

Went through drive-thru, had to repeat my order a million times before they got it, not paying attention, but asking can I take your order ? I get my food and it's cold and my fries were burnt and crisp and stale, definitely will not go there

There is a little girl with a nasty attitude that works the drive thru. Quite frankly she is a prime example of poor employees that make it everyone else’s problem that they are having a bad day. I wouldn’t eat here just because her funky energy affects the quality of the food served. I cancelled my order and left. Not today Satan.

I came through drive thru. Nobody came to the speaker. I ordered online so Wendys already had my money. Otherwise I would have drove off. Once I drove to the window. I have 2 men staring at me like I’m in the wrong. Wired experience when I’m just trying to grab breakfast. I understand You have to deal with the people you have. That’s horrible service will have you business closed

Very fast paced with the food being sent out very good service towards customers asked me if I needed anything even though I forgot some stuff they were very happy to read give me something that I forgot to ask for at first time asking very positive female leadership.
