Waited in line here for 20 minutes to take out some cash. Only one teller open. Saw 3 other employees but no one offered to help or open another station. Slow. No wonder no one goes inside banks anymore.

I recently joined this bank having just relocated to Atlanta. I am well pleased with service and help given me. They are truly a facility worth using. The Tellers a very helpful in understanding your needs. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I've given this branch more than enough opportunities; now it's time to start using another branch. Poor management and poor customer service. This branch should be closed.

Branch Manager advised will not be able to service me after having me wait an hour and a half on the only day I had available before a promo code expires. Had this been expressed I would have went to another branch. Extremely unprofessional. In addition, this has negatively impacted me in on a personal level.

Horrendous service at this location. They closed the drive through tellers, their ATMS and systems are always down , and their customer service is nonexistent. After over 20 years as customers, we'll be our business elsewhere.

I took a teenager to this Wells Fargo Bank today with his mother to get a checking account open. Damaris was the banker who handled the process. She was awesome, very thorough, and very professional. Damaris even helped the young man set up his phone app. What else can I say? This was an enjoyable experience which as an old man I have rarely had while banking anywhere.

I visited this location with no hopes that I would be effectively assisted w/my affairs considering that I spoke to 8 agents prior to my visit who were not knowledge about my issues.When I arrived I had the pleasure of being helped by Brandy. Hey personality, work ethic, professional and solution driven nature was exactly what I needed.She made several phone calls to find answers and ensured that I received top tier service. Every branch should have a banker like Brandy that exceeds expectations! Thank you!!! ?*** Note that this isn't the only review that mentions Brandy *** I believe that speaks volumes ???

Just discovered the bank no longer uses their teller windows. Stepped inside and they had one teller at the counter with a line of seven people waiting.They’re assuming everybody is using mobile deposit. Problem is I have six checks where the mobile deposit app could not recognize the printed amount, therefore having to physically deposit.Wells Fargo needs to work out the bugs first before they try to shift everyone over to mobile deposit.

Minnie Richardson denied me the ability to convert foreign currency, in 3 different types, to exchange for USD.I have been a customer for over 30 years. I am obviously in a tight financial situation and your customer service team was zero help in filing a complaint.When I'm back on my feet, you have lost a customer.Thanks for nothing...

Worse banking experience I have ever had. I have been with Wells Fargo over 20 years and have never been treated this way. Ms. Glen was rude, dismissive, and demeaning. This is the last time I step a foot in those doors. I hope you train your people not to discriminate against your customers. MS GLEN refused to cash a check with NO explanation and ignored her job to assist. ANOTHER Wells Fargo had no problem cashing the check. I guess this bank picks who they want to help based on how they look.

For a moment I thought that it was the best option to open a Wells Fargo account. I was attended by a lady Damaris Rodriguez. The truth is that I think they should have a more qualified staff to attend and try to help their clients and new clients. In my opinion, it was what worst I don't know is this branch... there are so many bad opinions that I see and I agree with all of them the truth is I don't recommend them
