Refused to do a notarization for non customer after saying they would on the phone.

Arrived to my appointment on time and still had me waiting 20 min for someone to assist me. What’s the point of an appointment?

Waited in line here for 20 minutes to take out some cash. Only one teller open. Saw 3 other employees but no one offered to help or open another station. Slow. No wonder no one goes inside banks anymore.
