Wellsfargo is the worst! I don’t know why it’s taken me this long to change banks. Especially this location!!!! And the manager Carrie is rude and condescending. No wonder this branch has an awful rating.

I walked in to open a savings account and the branch manager helped me set up an appointment with Carrie. She is very friendly and professional and helped me with my banking needs. 5 star experience with Carrie.

This is the slowest bank. Waiting in line for forever. 3 tellars helping 1person. People clearly don't know how to do their job.Ive literally been standing in line for 18 minutes. Askedto speak to manager and every single teller ignored me. I'm appalled. Ridiculous. Avoid this location if you can

Afternoon person incharge for notary need some basic lessons on notary n customer service. I had gone to get copy of my mom passport n Ga ID to get it notarize. The person said he can not notarize passport because he doesn't know it's real or not. I don't believe he has much knowledge abt the position he is holding. But all the tellers of the branch are excellent and always gives best service.

Employees do not look happy. Today, I forgot my wallet, so no ID was provided by me on a deposit, but the teller and the manager didn't know who I was. I have been banking in this branch since 2018, and I know everyone there, and today, since I forgot my ID, they refused to help me, the lady from the drive-thru she is always nice her name is Mellany,at the end, they help me with my deposit only because (one employee) knows me! Mellany! UNBELIEVABLE!I know everyone knows who I am they just make my afternoon worse!

I never thought that cashing a income tax check could be so problematic! At first the teller after being asked if she could cash the check said yes as we informed her that we just had come from Bank America and they said they couldn't cash the check because they had a limit! Imagine that! The check was a bit over 5 thousand ! But we are talking about a bank,so she asks for my ID and my social security card which I provided then she said all I need you to do is sign the check for me,which I did then another lady came over and whispered something to her and then they look at the computer screen and said I'm sorry we can't cash the check because our agreement with the IRS has expired and I'm like what ? this check is secured by the United States Treasury are you kidding me! She then proceeded to tell me I could sign the check over to someone with an account and get the money from them the next day or I could go on line and make an account with them and deposit the check and I'm like all I wanted to do was simply cash my tax return check and I left! Horrible!

Terrible customer service no tellers available on Friday at noon. The teller who was there was overwhelmed and not friendly. But I can understand why. Then they had 2 ladies standing in the drive thru doing nothing no cars . But 5 people in line waiting. As a man who work there walks back and forth.

Total s*** bank branch. Management must be on crack. Drive through is closed all the time due to lack of staff. Clown clerks are sitting behind their desks pretending to be busy while one poor lady is handling a 12 person line. Wells in general sucks, but this branch really pisses me off. Fire this manager now. Incompetent boob.
