I know it probably doesn’t do any good to leave a review for Walmart and I’m just screaming into the void, but if you’re trying to get grocery deliveries from here, don’t bother. I had to start using this location after the Dunwoody location closed. I’ve placed seven InHome orders in three weeks. I’ve received two. Order 1 was delayed indefinitely and eventually cancelled. Order 2 was marked as “undeliverable” despite having very clear delivery instructions and the driver made no attempt to call. I received order 3 with some minor inconveniences. Order 4 was delivered to some random public location in my neighborhood instead of my doorstep for some reason, so not received. Order 5 was received with missing items. Order 6 was indefinitely delayed and then eventually cancelled. Order 7 was marked as “completed at 12:00pm” at 10:12am. Chatted with an agent who call called the store. Store employee said no one was even delivering at that time (why did it let me choose a 9-1 delivery window?) so they don’t know why it would be marked as delivered, but it would be there this evening. Of course it never arrived. Chat agents say they can send in complaints to the store when this happens, but it does nothing, and they say there is nothing else they can do about it. I guess I’m the crazy one for trying that many times.

Called on/off for an hour for online pickup bc they screwed my order up but no one would ever pick up. Called every dept to get some assistance and no one picked up. Thanks for being attentive to the customer! Terrible!!!!

I was told the item selected wasn't available, so I parked to pick up the remainder of my order the attendant informed us 3 times that we must be picking up to park there. While my friend was waiting for my order, I ran inside the store and found the product that walmart said was out of stock. They finally gave us my order and once I got to the house, I noticed they gave me the wrong item. It was annoying because I specific wanted dye free medicine for 8 month twins. Customer service was alot all the way around.

I waited for pickup and delivery and no one came after 45 minutes when I was told it was ready. Ended up canceling the order.

Typical Walmart branch. Busier than most of the other branches in Atlanta. I recommend using the underground parking as the ground level parking is usually busy and you will spend some time to find a parking spot.

Your employees likes to harass black men, I come there to eat, because I have clients in that area because fitness is my job, I own a gym and have 4 college degrees, fly across the country, ex professional athlete and they harass and discriminate against me. I'm just giving your business and warning and notice. They are public servants they are suppose to serve the people.

This is the local store for me that serves for Walmart +. It is an absolute joke for delivery. Last three orders I've had significant portions of the order missing or no delivery attempt and sent back to the store for me to go pick up. You'd think they'd have better talent in the metro Atlanta area. Should fire everyone who touches delivery and start over.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR PICK UP ORDERS FROM HERE!
They take forever, their attitudes are not pleasant, they will mark your order as picked up way before they ever even bring it, and they’re so confused about which orders go to which car even with parking numbers. They’re literally screaming across the parking lot in confusion about which order goes where. I’ve watched 3 angry customers making inquiries about their orders within a 30 min time frame.
