If I could give this store zero I would. I have been trying to call the Chamblee Supercenter for 2 days & no one answers the phone in any department. It rings for 5 minutes then hangs up. I called Walmart Corporation customer service #800-925-6278 & spoke with Maria. She said she couldn't do anything about it but talk to the manager of the store & hopefully someone would pick up next time I call. So...basically she is doing nothing to help me either. She said she could not get anyone to call me. So, why does Walmart Corp have a customer service number if they cannot help you. I really dislike walmart; the last few times I've used them the experience has been awful. Oh well, guess I will just have to use Amazon, even though I would like to use local stores to keep people here employed.

CHAMBLEE GA WALMART ROBBED MEFirst let me start off by saying not everyone in this place is bad. I don't typically write reviews but whoever's the young lady who's over security treated me like I was the biggest scam artist in the world. 2 hours before coming back to the store I purchased what I thought was a 50" Phillips smart tv to my surprise when I opened it it was a whole different brand inside (ONN) I came back to the store let them know what happened some man viewed the box said that's original taping on the box I responded ok well this is what came out of the box though. So now I'm standing around just waiting on a new tv I could've cared less about what I spent on it I just moved I just want what I paid for. A couple of workers are like if you worked here what would you think (which I could understand) and it sounded like they've had issues before with past customers but I'm not one of them I'm not a thief I'm not money hungry I just moved and would've loved to have my children's room fully prepared for them. Whoever's the head of security ended up coming to customer service I told her the story she immediately said we not taking the tv back I'm like huh I brought it from here I don't steal I just want what I paid for she took my receipt left for about 20mins came back and said yeah sir have a nice day we aren't taking that tv here. I kept my composure because I know thee assumption was that I am trying to scam but I was the victim and the way she started treating me while all I'm asking is basically so what am I suppose to do do I now just take a $300 lose i can't fathom how low people can make you feel when I did nothing wrong besides return something that shouldn't have been sold to me in the first place. SN: no Manager on Site no real help no answers. A complaint won't bring my children the tv I spent money on. Walmart it's important to do things the right way and treat people with kindness.

How are their employees 20 minutes late??? Drove to this location at 630 found out the electronic department doesn't open until 7. It's not 720??? Extremely disappointed! Will NEVER shop here again!

I recently had an issue with receiving a purchase from the Chamblee Walmart Vision Center and was fortunate enough to receive assistance from one of your customer service managers. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Ms. Wanda and her team. They were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful in resolving my issue with the incorrect address for my contact lenses. Their attentiveness and willingness to help left a lasting impression on me and I will be sure to recommend Walmart's Vision Center to others because of their exceptional customer service. Thank you, Ms. Wanda and the team for going above and beyond to assist me. Your dedication to your job is truly appreciated!

I was surprised by all the bad reviews. I have only been to this place twice.You cannot see this Walmart from the main street. It is in the back of a strip mall or something. There is limited parking up top. The Walmart sits on top of a parking garage and you can park underground and take the escalator up. This Walmart is extremely clean and there are very short lines. I realized that this place is almost exclusively self check out. They probably have 40 self check out stations and 3 cashier lanes.

Not much to say. Unlike most people I have no shame saying I shop at Wal Mart! This store is generally clean, and organization of items and presentation has gotten ALOT better. My main issues is the Pick-Up when ordering on the app. I've been using the app since last year and love the convenience of it, however this particular Wal Mart continues to slip, trip and fall! Every time I schedule a pickup its delayed. Be mindful of that! If you order, give yourself about a 2 hour window, as they will delay the pick-up and have you waiting upon arrival again, to actually pick- up your items. Aside from that, that's really it. The pick-up process is currently trash as it's always delayed, then you wait 30 min-1hr to actually get your items. Wal Mart Chamblee need to FIGURE OUT the COVERAGE you need and the SCHEDULE of arrivals.

Horrendous! Shelves are empty and the store is a mess. They have no carts for customers because the employees are using them throughout the store.

So I generally don't have any issue with Walmart overall. But I guess you get what you expect. I don't expect it to be pristine or glamorous or anything like that. But a lot of times you're going to get it on the wrong day and that's going to be your perception of it. This can happen more often than not, and that's what happens at Walmart when I go to this one. I have to do some cooking later tonight so I need to make a quick stop. I got there in the afternoon and there was stuff everywhere. A lot of times you may see people doing stocking on the night end of the day or in the very early morning. But why would you stop in the middle of the afternoon when people are buying food to make dinner? I do not quite understand that, but I know it's just the timing of it all but that doesn't make a lot of sense. This is not the first time this has happened at this establishment. I know they have to do the stocking, but I feel like you are trying to make sure your customers don't have to walk over plastic boxes and bags and carts full of things, you should change the timing of it so that that's not an issue.

I don't really enjoy going to Walmart in general but it is the most affordable place to buy groceries. This location in particular is a little unsafe at night but fine during the day. I do like the fact that they have additional parking below and have the escalators for your carts. But most of the time, it doesn't work so you have to use the elevators instead and waiting for one takes longer. Customer service is pretty terrible and you have to wait a while to get assistance. I feel like there are absolutely no cashiers at this location. They recently switched to self checkout which is a slight improvement and useful for those who prefer to checkout themselves.

I ordered two portable basketball hoops for curbside pickup. I received notice that the shipment was ready for pickup and paid to have a couple of guys go pick it up for me. When they got there, they were told that the packages were too high up and my guys needed to come back later when some more people were available. I called pickup and spoke to Tony who explained what happened and i told him that i would like to speak to a manager since i was out of pocket and to express my feedback about being told the package was ready when it was not. Tony said he would explain to Marshal the store manager but never heard back. Called back next day and Tony said Marshal was not there but would have his supervisor call. Nobody called. I then get a notice that I cancelled the order which i did not do. I had two more days to pickup the items per the original notice to pickup. I tried to go back to redo the order but only one was showing available. They obviously sold one of the goals they were supposedly holding for me. Have no issue that the system probably let them down when saying it was ready when it was not .. fault them for never trying even a little bit to make it right.

This store is horrible. I wanted to buy something that was locked and I talked to 3 different associates one of them at customer service trying to get it unlocked no one knew who had the keys or where to find them. I finally just ending leaving and going to a different store

Terrible experience with them today. Tried to find a TI-84 graphing calculator so I called ahead of time to make sure they have it. They responded and said they do have it and when I walked into the Walmart and asked like 5 service workers about it and they had no clue what to do. If I could give it no stars I would. A huge disappointment and extremely frustrating to see that no one has any idea on how to do their job.

Apparently, the term "The customer is always right doesn't apply to this store. One week ago, I was shopping in the household cleaners aisle and came across the cleaner I always use, only to notice that the one bottle size I normally use was not in the area where it normally sits and instead was replaced by a large volume of the double bottle size instead with the identical price tage as the smaller bottle, so I assumed that because there was no other price tag visible, that I could get the double bottle for the price of one bottle. The difference in the price was about $3 or less. However, when I sought out someone in "management", a guy named D.J., with a "Coach" title on his name badge, he refused to allow me to purchase it for the price on the shelf, which was originally about $2.79. He told me he would take off $.43 cents. I have always be told while working in retail that if a situation such as this occurs, the store has to sell you that item for that price. In being utterly appalled, I attempted to contact the higher level management three times before the information was forwarded to the store manager who eventually returned my call and said the best thing he could do was to make sure that it didn't happen again by instructing the store associates in being careful with correct stocking and pricing. Ain't this a blip! It would've only been a $3 difference in making things right with the customer, but I guess they really don't care anymore. I am not giving up! Moving on up through the ranks and to the corporate office if necessary because this just ain't right!!!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER: 8 PM, although there were workers working in front of the customer service counter, I still had to wait five minutes before being greeted by an unhappy cashier. She wasn't friendly but she definitely did her job quickly once she helped me. HOME and PHARMACY ENTRANCE: 8:45 PM, this entrance was locked. During usual hours before covid, they shut that entrance at 11 P. Not sure what the new closing time for that entrance is, it would be good to know the updated time when that entrance stops working.
