Every time I need help, this store saves me. I can call them to ask them to save items for me at the front. When I need prints they provide them the same day and they have excellent customer service!

I had an extremely disappointing experience due to poor service. I urgently needed a vaccine for travel purposes and arrived at 4:50 PM, only to be turned away by the female staff member at the counter who insisted it was ‘too late’, despite the clinic’s posted closing time of 5 PM. She advised me to come before 4 PM next time, which left me confused and frustrated about their actual operating hours. This lack of professionalism and consideration for clients’ needs is unacceptable.

I've been here 3 or 4 times over the past year to get a drug screen for work. *Every time* they say they can't do the screen because something is broken or a computer system is down. Negligent.

So my overall experience with this Walgreens has not been great since they opened but I must give amazing kuddos to Steven in the pharmacy. He went above and beyond on many levels trying to help me with a multi layered purchase from my initial phone call to filling my prescription and comparing pricing to helping me with a purchase where there was a special that was partially out of stock ( which is my usual issue in this location). By the way, this was my third pharmacy trying to get this filled.Unfortunitly most places have staff shortages and they are overwhelmed but that doesn't excuse rude and unhelpful behaviors. Especially in a department where people are going where they are also stressed because of illness or meds that are priced so very high ( not the pharmacy's fault).Thank you Steven

I get it, people treat retail pharmacy employees terribly but Sue, please don’t take your frustrations out on customers who aren’t combative. Please don’t make up excuses like “someone deleted your insurance out of the system,” when I just filled an Rx at Walgreens in Colorado and another Georgia location. Especially when my insurance is confirmed on file the next day by your colleague.

If I could give Allyssa in the pharmacy 100 stars, I would! Her communication about my delayed prescription has been incredible. Instead of getting the generic Walgreens recording, she personally called me to let me know it arrived. I used a different Walgreens before transferring my Rx to this location, Allyssa answered when I called to ask some questions. Not only was she super helpful, she was SO friendly! She restored my faith in the Walgreens name. They should give her a raise and name her employee of the year!

I stopped by here because you can drop off your FedEx shipments here, and it was more convenient than going to a FedEx store. However, I'm not sure who to blame, but my FedEx package arrived tampered with, and the contents had been removed. I've never had that happen before.

The pharmacy is the worst that I have ever come into contact with. They delay prescriptions every month with no explanation and I’ve had to call and sit on hold for over 30 minutes multiple times to get a hold of someone. For controlled substance they do not check ID…. They never have medication in stock either. Very rude to costumers. As a healthcare provider and prescriber I would highly recommend staying away from this pharmacy.

Went to go and get a Covid/flu test that I booked at 5am, that morning at 2:15pm. I get to the window, after waiting 10 minutes, for the the guy to come back & say they perform the test because “the system was down” but he saw my last name so How is it down, if you saw my information. I then asked if anyone was gonna call & tell me if it was cancelled, he said they can’t see because the system was down. Very bad business especially with what’s going on. He was very nonchalant with it. If the system is down, it’s down. But the least thing you can do is call the people and let them know. I drove 20 minutes just for them to tell me that at the end of the day, knowing at 2pm no one else will have anything available until the next day.

I had an appointment for my flu shot tonight. The pharmacy tech was at the register and when I told him I was there for my flu shot he looked at the pharmacist and said oh we just let (sounded like a woman's name) leave. The pharmacist then came to register and told me they ran out of needles and that's the reason why they couldn't give me the vaccine. I feel like I should have been contacted prior to my appointment if the pharmacy didn't have the resources to administer the vaccine. I think what actually happened was the pharmacist let the person giving the vaccines leave early and was trying to cover it up. Unprofessional and dishonest.
