I had such a great experience at the Verizon store in Chamblee! Lori Logan was super helpful and caring when I came in with several phone related problems. She explained everything clearly and helped us to make money saving selections based on my family’s needs and usage. She also helped us to set up my new phone and my son’s new phone, and she did so with patience and a sense of humor. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Lori’s help and her welcoming demeanor helped us to get through our phone crisis with a smile! Thank you, Lori!

The man simply did not want to help! I came in with questions about the “phone case/screen protector” bundle I was sold back in September. The guy told me I had to go to a cooperate store to get information, he couldn’t even get me an address of the nearest store. USELESS!

Laurie Logan gave me the very best service I have ever gotten at any service provider store!!
She patiently helped me with my technology …and I am an older lady so her time & assistance was way more needed.
I totally recommend her and I will definitely be back (poor Laurie)

My wife's phone broke, so we went into the store after scheduling an appointment the same day and Sean made it incredibly easy to replace the old phone and set up the new phone in just a few minutes. Incredibly nice and helpful. Store was clean and breathable. Awesome. Thanks!

I honestly would advise staying far away and just buy it all online. They aren't that helpful and they upcharge you a truly ridiculous amount for anything extra you want to get, save your money and time

I got here 5 mins before close & desperately needed a charger for my mom’s phone. Doors locked & staff was inside. They wouldn’t look up & I knocked a few times. Ugh done with Verizon

My Galaxy S10 had crashed and wouldn't turn on. I got set up with a new Galaxy s24 after being presented all of the latest options and all of my apps, pictures, etc. got ported over to my new device so I barely missed a beat! Thank you again for your help!

Literally been standing here OVER AN HOUR with ONE WORKER on a Sunday, she's been with the same customer the entire time and there are still 2 people ahead of me. All this to return a charger they sold me for $80 and I found the same exact one on Amazon for $15. I regret switching to Verizon, this service is atrocious. You could at least provide comfortable chairs if people need to wait over 30 minutes for service. ?
Edit: over 30 minutes now, still two customers ahead of me. Tried to call another local store, can't get through, just goes to a call center.
Edit: over 45 minutes now. Still on the 2nd customer with one more ahead of me.

I recently was studying abroad in Italy when my current iPhone got ran over by a phone. While abroad I bought a new TCL phone. Upon returning to the US it was not connecting to cellular plan here.
I went to the Vitca Chamblee Verizon store where Lori Logan helped me figure out that this TCL phone was not compatible in the United States and suggested a new phone to buy.
The next day I came back with my new phone and Lori patiently helped me connect it to cellular, reconnect my Apple ID, and connect my Apple Watch to my new phone and cellular. This was all a long process given that my old phone was not working very well!
Over the course of the two days Lori helped me for over 4 hours and all the while was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to!
I am technologically challenged and I am so grateful for Lori's thorough help throughout the whole process!!
