For business with large amounts of orders that need shipping USPS is not. They will not pickup scheduled picks and when you ask for bags to carry the 50+ packages they say they don't have it and you better hurry up and start unloading now. Terrible attitude every time I go to USPS now. If you hate your job find a new one, don't throw that attitude towards your customers. Especially ones shipping 50+ orders a day through your system.

Another review about Lance. This guy is an absolute jerk! Never in my life have I encountered someone with such poor communication skills and people skills. In the hour it took to set-up my PO box, I saw him belittle 4 separate people. I went in today to get my mail, and noticed that an Amazon delivery was not in the box. I asked him about it, and I just simply didn't have the patience for him today. I will be back tomorrow to cancel my box and move on to UPS PO Box services.

I look forward to seeing Lance! He's funny, he is witty and helpful!! All of the staff are professional and friendly. Like I said, I look forward to seeing Lance and visiting my USPS branch ?

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a post office. Man working was extremely rude and impatient with customers in front of me. Wouldn’t take my package even though I didn’t want to drop it in the box since it was a fragile package. Highly recommend going to another post office. Terrible

They force you to use the self checkout kiosk and packages come up missing. The staff are extremely rude!! I do not recommend using this post office.

Just experienced the worst customer service experience over tape. Tried to ship a package that only required a single use of tape. The guy there was yelling at my sister to buy a package of tape rather than letting her use the tape on the desk. Proceeded to tell her to go home and get tape. I've never had an issue with taping a package at any other location to the point he refused services over tape.

They got rid of the drop off spot on the counter and the rude af lady said she’d toss my package into the trash if I left it there.(The blue barrel next to the P.O. Boxes gets broken into)

Good service when the employees want to work, not a bad value and it serves the purpose. A new President needs to overhaul the postal service and kick out all the lazy employees milking the system.

Wednesday 5/10/2023. Showed up a 9am to mail some items, doors not opened. Half hour later waiting in line with others, doors still locked. We rang the bell, talked to other Mail employees going in the rear of the building, no one seems to know what’s going on. By 10am we all started using the self service machine and looking for other post offices. Customer service and communication is a lost art unfortunately.

The postal worker, Lance, was incredibly rude to me. To the extent that several people (I think 5) in line came up to me and said things like “I’m so sorry he treated you like that” and “I don’t know how you have the patience to be spoken to like that” and “I’m glad that was you and not me because I would not have reacted so kindly”. You could feel the tone of the line change as well, as each new customer was afraid they would be spoken to in the same manner. I have never left a place of business literally in tears over the way a worker treated me, nor could I believe that so many random strangers felt the need to apologize for this man’s tone with me.Why he yelled at me? I was shipping three packages: the first was missing a signature on the customs line (everything else was filled out- took no time for me to sign), one had an old sticker (yay for recycling boxes) that could be slightly seen - took me about 2 seconds to mark out with a sharpie, and finally the last didn’t have the address written on it (because I shipped here LAST WEEK on the self checkout line and it does not require you to write the address on the package since the label they print out has it. How was I to know that the customer service line would have different requirements?)I ship for my job almost every day of the week. I usually go to UPS but I decided to try USPS out this week to save a little money. I will not be back.

I have always been treated very well, good service. But there are two exceptions. I needed to send something Priority Mail, I have sent hundreds of these mailers due to my business. They have no more of the regular letter size mailers. But, I noticed that there were some behind one of the counters. So, I ask, 'can I please have just two mailers?' The answer was 'they are for someone else.' 'I don't have any for you.' I sent some off last Friday, so I know that they were there then, too. I am a client, who were they for? Why don't they have any more mailers since last Friday? Aren't the mailers for clients? Another matter is that often, when I go there, the office is closed in the middle of the day for a couple of hours, sometimes even half a day. They either need more employees or they really need to be organized better.

Great experience! The lady that helped me was super informative and showed me how to mail out a certified envelope. The location is easy to get to and the inside is very well maintained.
