The manager Juan and employee Rashad (sorry if the spelling is incorrect!) were extremely courteous and kind, and went above and beyond to help with my truck and auto-transport drop off. I am very thankful for their help, especially in a situation such as moving to a new place where you don't have a network of friends and family to help. They were considerate of such things and could not have been more helpful, they truly went the extra mile. Thank you!

The staff at this location was not very professional when I entered the store. The app was down and the agent took photos of my driver's license on what looked like was his personal phone. The store was dirty, and when I got into the truck it was dirty and smelled like marijuina throughout which was a very offensive odor. The dolly in the rear of the truck was stuck with the bolt so hard we had to get a hammer to get it out.

These guys are awesome. They take their jobs seriously and work along the clock to keep this place running smooth. They helped me out with loading my U-box in the shade, gave me extra time to do so and overall never made it feel like them doing me a solid was a chore. Highly recommend this U-Haul location. The manager especially is extremely calm, collected, and finds solutions quick. Not something you find a lot in Atlanta.

I came into this location on Mother's Day 5/14/23 to price some moving supplies and José nor the lady getting off NEVER acknowledged me and I just walked out. I've reserved a truck here on the 18th, let's see how that goes. But for today Sunday May 14 ????. If you want your review scores to improve, you at the MINIMUM have to GREET your customers. Absolutely unacceptable. Management or upper management please discuss with your employees. So I came back on Monday May 15 to get some supplies and José again and another employee NEVER once acknowledged me. I had to say "sorry to disturb you" to get a question answered and I just left. Unbelievable!!! These people should not be in contact with customers!! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Will go out of my way to another location because clearly this place is unsatisfactory. If I wasn't moving in a few days, I'd change my reservation from this store. I know all the employees at this location aren't this way because 3 weeks ago I went in and got great information but José and ole dude today ain't anybody's customer service representative on this planet or any other. The PITS!!??????

Customer experience severely lacking from General manager, Darnell. Rude, dismissive, and condescending. I’d suggest finding another location.Outside attendant Lamar was energetic, joyful, and genuinely happy to help.

When I return the Uhaul truck to a location I was told they can’t take the truck and I have to go to this place. So I came here, the manager(or the one who is in charge) was so rude, impatient and disrespectful.

Everyone I worked with on my rental was courteous and accommodating. I hate renting vehicles, but they made the process easy. This isn’t the closest Uhaul to me (they had what I needed on short notice), but I’ll probably come back again in the future, even if it’s a little further away.

Returned my truck and trailer on the day it was due before the time to turn it in. The guy at the counter took my keys and did not properly check in my truck and trailer. I wake up today and see that I was charged an additional $30.00 for an extra day. Called corporate for the third time to about another issue. They told me they’ll have to review the cameras to see if I turned it in on time ?

Made reservation online. Showed up at 8:00. No one is there. Doors locked and lights off.Their hours are 7-7??? This place is terrible

Horrendously, indescribably terrible experience. U-Boxes arrived two days late after at least 5 hours on the phone / on hold / getting transferred to “the right department” to figure out where our stuff was. Uhaul straight up lied to us multiple times… at one point we were told our U-Boxes were “5 minutes away” four hours before they finally showed up… with extensive water damage and mold from being left uncovered in rainstorms even though we bought hundreds $$$ in moving supplies / protection plus professional loaders (and postponed unloaders twice). Roughly 20% of our belongings were completely destroyed including expensive and sentimental items so we contacted Uhaul for the 15th time, stayed on the line for more hours waiting for each of our photos of the damage to be individually uploaded, paid for our destroyed mattress, rug, etc to be hauled away, and we’ve heard NOTHING back from Uhaul for days. On top of that, of course they were late picking up our empty U-Boxes so they could charge us an extra month of rent after the agent promised us that would not happen. I have a fiery burning hatred for Uhaul and I will for a very, very long time. I can’t believe this business is legally allowed to operate. You should run in the opposite direction and never look back.

My U-Box said it was shipped on July 26th and it's never showed up. U-Haul customer service informed me that my U-Box has still not been picked up and I can't get ahold of anyone at the Chamblee location to tell me what's going on. Complete Joke. If anyone from U-haul even cares to check these reviews, how about you let me know how I can get in contact with someone at the store.
