From the first moment I purchased a Toyota I knew Toyonly would be my go to maintenance shop. I have known Eddie for nearly 30 years. Eddie and his team consistently provide the best service at a reasonable price. And he never tries to sell me repairs I don't need, which is something I can't always say about the local Toyota dealer. He has even taken the time to help me to troubleshoot problems with my son's Toyota, who is in the Air Force, over the phone. There is a value in taking your vehicle to a mechanic that specializes in a particular brand. They have the parts, the necessary tools, and the expertise. If there is something wrong with your vehicle you can bet they have seen it before and know how to fix it. If you have a Toyota I highly recommend Toyonly for your maintenance needs.

Eddie is an exceptional mechanic and a great guy. Finding an honest mechanic seems to be an issue these days, much less finding one that is reasonable. Eddie now maintains all my family’s Toyotas. Had a pesky check engine light that 3 other mechanics could not fix. I took my 2008 4Runner to Eddy at ToyOnly and he got it taken care of within a day. This guy is the trusty neighborhood mechanic you’ve been looking for. Always honest, affordable and incredibly kind.

Took my 4Runner to Eddie @ Toyonly as my OEM sunroof had stopped working. He was about 3/4 of the cost of what Toyota was going charge me ($1400 vs. $2000). He fixed the sunroof, I will say that. However here are the issues. The sunroof makes a terrible noise when opening and closing. The sunroof is also now misaligned and higher on one side so I have to somewhat open it after I do the automatic close to keep it from making a terrible wind noise. When I took delivery after the repair, I noticed these things and he claimed the sunroof only goes in one way and he wouldn't do any other work without charging me more. I know I would not get that answer at the Toyota dealership. Lastly, I'm real big on customer service and the whole time I dealt with Eddie, he seemed brash and transactional. I also know I would not get that type of treatment at the Toyota dealership. Net/net - Eddie did the bare minimum job at a lower cost, but not without negative side effects. I'll be looking elsewhere going forward.

Back in 1990 when I was just a young'un, I decided that one thing everybody needed in life was an honest mechanic who never made you wonder if they were ripping you off. I had a Mazda at the time and I somehow found Mazdonly. Since then, I've had a number of Toyotas, so it was convenient when Toyonly opened up. So you can do the math: Eddie has been my honest mechanic for almost 30 years. Don't know how I can give a better recommendation than that.
