3 months ago when I subscribed to a monthly plan, the washes were good! But in recent weeks the quality has dropped a lot. Soap machines do not play a good amount, and drying is not being so effective. What seems to be an alternative to reduce unit costs. This would be great if the end result were not a car that washed still has dirt spots. The employees are always cordial and excellent professionals.

I didn't find any other way to ask, because if the wash I hired was 19 USD, they were charging me 25 USD.

My local go to place jacked up their prices and stopped offering high-pressure air hoses and towels during the pandemic. I just found this place which for the basic wash, of 10 bucks, gets all the dirt off, and has everything I need for washing the inside. Plenty of towels, plenty of window cleaner, and high-pressure air hoses. And the vacuums are super powerful. Love it.

Honestly, had a great experience. Came in for a quick $10 clean for the first time and the people were so nice and friendly that my husband and I will definitely be back…we’d come back just for the excellent customer service. Such a wonderful experience!

I'm a monthly user and the car wash was closed on a sat at 10 am..no signage no explanation..I will be canceling my membership.

Great experience. There are towels to along with window cleaner spray. The compressed air works well to remove the residual water droplets to avoid streaks.

i usually come here to get my car washed and everyone is pretty nice, but today i was met with unpleasant encounter. all i needed to do was drive my car forward a bit but the employees kept blaming it on me and being very rude saying that i was not following the instructions (placing the car in neutral and placing my foot off the brake). i repeatedly stated that i followed all the directions and the workers treated me like i was clueless and kept yelling at me to release the foot off my brake, even though i didn’t have it on, finally after i say i should pull my car up a bit and it finally pulls my car into the conveyor ,one of the workers annoyingly states to the other worker “did she FINALLY figure it out yet?” very disappointed because i come here all the time and i have never had an encounter like this.

Never open on time. They will post their operation hours noting winter hours and summer hours but don't take time to change the sign??

Have to say this is the best car wash in town!!! 5out5 best staff very helpful nice and a very clean area, they went out of there way to help me with touch screen and everyone said hello or anything i can help you with what a great staff!!! I FOUND MY NEW CAR WAS

So many problems as a matter of fact waaay too many problems - looks like downhill from here - you best off washing your car / truck yourself - note: programs / different tiers are a joke more like a hoax - the entire system - machinery is off -We Paid for Ceramic - Weather Shield Tire shine but too many times its beyond a hit or miss that any of these chemicals getting actually onto your car - shocking how many paying for xyz of services but not getting it - for example tire shine 9 out of 10 times we had zero shine!!! And yes we brought it to the attendees attention to most of the times zero avail!!! Too much headache to much errors just TOO MUCH OF NOTHING Sir - Ma'am - there is your correction Mr. Pryor!!!!

Let me just say, the Top Wash #1 is number one for a reason. From the equipment to the management and customer service it is top notch. I think Taylor is doing a great job at this location and he deserves recognition. It’s not very often you see managers grinding just as hard as his employees and it shows in the service. He’s a great leader and I’m glad to return to this location every time! This is the best $30 a month I’ve ever spent!!Services: Vacuuming
