I was here today 5/28/24.Upon arrival, I received such an exceptional service free of charge. I suspected I had too much air in one of my tires because of the way my car was driving, they balanced the air pressure of all my tires for FREE. Thank you so much Angel, and the other light skinned young guy on braids, I appreciate your help today. ???

This place is one of the best customer service places that I have visited In Atlanta. My experience there was from attire that obviously picked up a steel piece in my driving back-and-forth to work with all the construction on new buildings in my area Peachtree Street. My dealership from a routine oil change service Was the one that alerted me of the metal piece. I told them I had discount tires. They told me that I wouldn’t make it to discount tire. I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman who said please if you can make it and bring it in. I was there for less than an hour and my tire was changed brand new tire.. I am so thankful for purchasing discount tires. The warranty is well worth it. Thanks guys.

Brought my truck in for a vibration that I had felt in the rear axle since I bought it. I had taken it to three other shops and the dealership to try and get it resolved, but had no luck. I brought it to Tire Discounters and they finally fixed the issue with a road force balance. Big thanks to Justin and Angel for their stellar customer service. I was in and out in about an hour. 10/10 would recommend.

Unexpected brake maintenance while in town for visit. They were great at working me into their schedule. I had to walk there when the car was ready. Nice waiting room. Issue with sensor installation but they credited me with about a third of what Mini will charge to get the sensor fixed. Not their fault.

Unfinished patch job left my fiancee stranded. Was left on hold for 20 minutes with the only offer to "try and find a tire discounter near me." I have had good experiences here before but am now embarrassed to have recommended this place.The patch job was done two days ago and the tire is dead flat. I located the piece of metal and it is a nail identical to the first patch object. I know that it is possible to have picked this up in these past 2 days. However, that is very unlikely and the head of the nail is totally worn off. Just like the other one was. That takes time.This leads me to have to assume that only one object was taken out. Then there was no leak test performed whatsoever. In addition the entire tire was not inspected prior to the "all good".An oil change was done the same day so here's hoping that isn't messed up as well.All in all a pretty pitiful showing from a place that specializes in tires. If they can't do a patch how can I ever trust them with an actual tire. I try to be a positive person, but if the tire blew someone could have been seriously hurt. It's really a shame because they don't try to gouge you with prices and are nice. This is just a ridiculous mistake to have been made
