This Allstate agent is very rude! After 20+ years as Allstate customer I was frustrated with this agent, he never helped me with any questions or concerns. He is very bad for business.UPDATE: another lie from this agent! I asked to be canceled at the day I started with another trustworthy insurance company! Shame on you!!!! This agent is unprofessional! I had to call the Allstate 24 hours customer service to notify him about this situation. He is not doing his job. I feel sorry for those people that are still dealing with this agent.2nd UPDATE: I spoke with another Allstate agent and she was very professional, I explained to her that on Nov 7th I started a new insurance policy with another company, so that Monday I called Allstate to cancel the policy I have and the agent told me to call my local Agency and tell him to backdated the cancelation because it's legal to do, I did call next day Nov 8th, I spoke with someone and explained that I have a new policy, so you can cancel my Allstate policy, he was rude and didn't terminated my policy as I asked. I called again Nov 9th and Mr. Stanley set up the cancelation for Nov 20th. He is saying that is illegal to backdated a cancelation but he is not mentioning that the cancelation will not take place the day that I called to cancel Nov 7th but the day that he wanted. I hope this will be resolve by Nov 10th, if not I will make a complaint with Georgia Insurance Commissioner and Batter Business Bureau.Allstate: “You're in good hands.” This insurance company's slogan has been around since the 1950s. THIS SLOGAN DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS AGENT!!!!! I feel that I'm not in good hands!!!!3rd UPDATE: last evening I called Allstate, the lady that answered asked how she could help me, so again for the 4th time I explained what happened, she asked me if it's ok to send all the information to the Back Office to BACKDATE THE CANCELATION of my insurance, I told her Yes and I asked to be transferred to the Allstate Supervisor because my Agent was not helping with my request, she send my request to the Supervisor to call me back in the next 24 hours, so now I will wait for his call.4th and Last update: As Mr Lewis stated that I asked to do something illegal, that is a lie. For those that don't know you have the right to ask to Backdate a Policy Cancelation if you already have another Policy with another Company, Mr Lewis is giving misleading information, you can ask another Agent from different Insurance Companies and will confirm that is legal, since no one need to be paying for two Policies at the same time. Another thing changing my Policy to another Company I saved $5000.00 a year with the same coverage, so if you are paying too much it's time to change.PS: if you don't want the trouble, call after hours to Allstate 1800 number and ask for a Supervisor, because Mr. Lewis will try to misleading you like he did with me!Shame on you Mr Lewis!I'm waiting on your Apology!!!!!!!!

I give Mr. Lewis no stars. Mr. Lewis added a roommate to our auto insurance policy. We him and let him know that we our roommate got going on with his insurance policy is his business. Mr. Lewis state that he will take care of the issue and we will get a credit on our next month bill. Next come and we are still billed. Mr. Lewis lie to us he set that expectation that he was going to our roommate off of the policy and we were to be credited. He should have never stated that so we would have never be expecting that. I called him a liar he got very mad and rude. He wrote an email to my husband and stated that we need to find another insurers. I asked Mr. Lewis for an Driver Exclusion waiver he stated that it was no such form that was a lie. We asking to speak with someone from corporate he stated there is no corporate. That was a lie. He kept wanting to talk about a car accident where someone rear ended a vehicle of ours and not why he added a roommate to our policy. Mr. Lewis did not give us good customer service!!!!!

I had to go out my way to leave a comment for the sales associate Jahana…absolutely pleasant! Her customer service was spot on, very transparent and clear about my services, she immediately had a resolution to my problems and informed me of ways I can maintain a healthy drivers record, by keeping my information updated. Absolutely Job well done…I really appreciate amazing customer service and so far in 15 months I’ve had my policies at this office, I’ve had a great experience…thanks!
