I had a refreshing experience at this location today even though the item I needed was not available. Stu was the associate who went above and beyond to help me. He helped me find the product line I was looking for, called other locations upon realizing the item I needed was not in stock, and even offered to help me find alternative products. He was knowledgeable, sincere, and professional. Although I was disappointed I left with no purchase, I was thankful for the customer service I received.

Stu at this location was awesome. I kept calling him and bugging him about some products that were out of stock in most locations. He was professional and friendly each time.

I went in Chamblee Tucker store. Young lady had no knowledge of products. I asked questions but basically answer myself. I think. It is important to place workers with product training.

Waited outside, didn’t open on time. Schedule your workers an hour earlier so you don’t miss customers. I rescheduled my client so I could come by and pick some stuff up. I guess Sally’s all over Ga has the same issue!

Very unwelcoming and rude. I asked if OPI carried gel top coat and they stated OPI doesn't make gel top coat. I proceeded to ask for other options , the assisting employee whispered to the manager and just walked off. Terrible service

went to sally's looking for brown dye and there was the wonderful employee named fatima she helped me pick out the perfect shade and exactly what i need she was very helpful 10/10 highly recommended

A friend and I went into the store on 2/18/2023 to buy several items; immediately I felt as if I interrupted a taping of RHOA. I had to go and ask for help because the associates were talking about zodiac signs and how to have babies. There was one associate who seem like she was there for the right reasons; she helped and made me feel like she cared about me being a customer. I was buying close to $200 worth of products and I was checking out; normally even if I don't have my card they can look me up in their system. The associate at the front desk couldn't find me through phone number and didn't ask if there was an alternate method I would like to use; I had to ask her. She then attempted to look me up by email and couldn't find me; she then had to start the POS process over and when asked about it, she gave a snippy answer. I decided to just leave. Needless to say, I will never return to that particular Sally's Beauty again. I'll go way out of my way to find another one.

Went in Today to get hair dye and received Amazing help from Victor. He helped me get the exact color I was looking for and even told me how to properly apply it so that it comes out it’s best, he also gave me great tips and showed me different products to help my hair maintain its shine and volume. Above and beyond service from Victor !!!

i went to sally’s to buy new hair dye and turns out the hair dye was not the right color that was put on the rack. they had a hair sample that was infront of the dye and that was the color i wanted. i put it on my hair and it is not the right color. don’t shop there!!.

Rude and unprofessional staff! They deserve 0 stars, this is literally the worst Sally's beauty supply in GA! Piss poor customer service, from Management to the associates and old dried out products. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! This location needs new staff that appreciates customer's business, and are happy to provide professional, polite customer service! If you aren't happy where you are in life, do something about it! Instead of working a job you CLEARLY HATE AND DON'T APPRECIATE HAVING and provide terrible service under a major brand! You are responsible for your own happiness and peace of mind. Stop being jerks, or you'll remain unhappy and miserable.
