Not happy with drink choices.
You have 3000 different kind of unhealthy energy drink and not one sparkling water pelegrino or perrier. Not much choices with choices.
Cc macines at register malfunction and cashier blames on you not having money.

Don't order food here, portions are smaller and smaller but the price just goes up... hardly any salt but then again, they did have about 15 orders with just 1 person working the kitchen, it took 24mins for 1 pretzel and 1 fountain drink, hell McDonald's would have been quicker and cheaper foe what you get

I went to this store numerous times I love QT breakfast sandwiches really the bacon egg croissant 1 time I went there this caramel woman with glasses messed my 2 sandwiches up I only made it out halfway the parking lot before looking at my sandwiches realizing it was wrong this morning ain't think Nothing of it got all the way home she messed my sandwiches up again now these 2 incidents are weeks apart but if u can't make people food right u need to be somewhere else in the store if u can't multi-task then don't QT is going to start loosing to many customers then nobody wanted to help me when I went in the store that's crazy no help count ur days QT

Customer service is lacking. Usually there are water spills daily that I must try and avoid slipping. Cash register attendants are too busy chatting with each other to assist customers. Always homeless beggers outside this QT.

My reason for the one star is customer service. The Spanish 3 that work in the store pick and choose who they speak to. As a customer service base company with people walking though everyday you would expect people to greet you. I watch a lot of businesses and I look for the greeting the love. But I walk right pass the employee none will speak. They act as if I owe them something. Just like many others if we didn’t support the store employees can’t get paid. I wake up every morning to go to a quick trip to. Get a cup of coffee only spot I like coffee from. Love the place but the employees are horrible. You can tell they have some race issues. They only deal with the others if it’s they are coworkers. Not all the employees just the Spanish ones at the chamblee location. And stop hiring these women with these mess up attitude is work every man not trying to take a woman home. Man the mindframe of people. The store it’s self is great. The energy from employees is very slack. Check into that. Thanks

Above and beyond customer service. We had a flat and needed to use their air pump. Service manager helped us out and took a look at the tire too.

Awesome experience they greeted me with a smile and pro customer service. Jenny was the sweetest just a happy person really makes stopping here a wonderful experience . Thank you guys. We will definitely stop by here every time we’re in this area.

The only qt I that I've ever seen earn a 1 star. I worked for them for like 5 years they have crazy high Customer service standards. Not for the kid working on may 22nd at 9pm . He had no name tag on so I didn't get the naMe but this guy has serious attitude issues. This guy huffed and puffed the whole time he made the transaction then told me "which one bruh" when I wasn't sure which dip I needed to buy. He took a huge L trying to not sell the product to me but thank god for the mature and responsible Assistant manager who recognized this clerk was in the wrong and sold me my product. This kid is an embarrassment , every time I come here he's acting pissed off or tough .

Male Manager with glasses in the morning (idk what race he is don’t want to assume) stares you down if you’re black when you’re picking anything up things. A lot of profiling from the staff and people in this area. Never going back.
