Mark is rude and has no customer service experience. I asked if he could paint the bumper and I would install and he hung up on me. Not a great way to get new customers.

Very professional service and exceptional personal attitude. Mark not only fixed my car, but also helped me to get a rental. I used his service multiple times and the job was always done very well and within stated time frame. This was an awesome experience. Mark, the owner, was accessible, knowledgeable and honest. Its great to find an auto body shop that does such good work, has good service, and all at a fair price. I will be telling all my friends and coming back with my other cars.

Fixing my( son's,daughter's) cars at Promasters Body Shop for years ! Mark, the owner, is nice and honest ! Good service,good price ! Once , used different body shop to fix my car. Go there because the insurance have been send me. Never again ! Learn my lesson ! Only Promasters Body Shop !!!!

Mark is terrific. Service oriented, great at matching paint - even on older cars. Handles all the B.S. with insurance. If you need to touch up your leased car before turning it back in, Mark will save you $$$.

Could not recommend any higher - owner was extremely helpful, repaired my car perfectly, and helped me drop the rental off afterwards. Will be going to him for all future repairs.
