“My first visit here today but it won’t be my last. Discovered this little post office by chance but found it compact, convenient, and quick. Everything the main USPS facility in Decatur is not.”
“Great service and nice location. The female postal agent was super quick and helpful. This branch is dedicated to public service of George Bush and Marvin Runyon (I think). Worth reading about Runyon’s impact on the postal service, it’s a cool story!”
“I really appreciate this location’s service. When civic center USPS at 570 Piedmont Ave is closed or too packed or too slow in the middle of the business hours, I would go to this location. The lady and gentleman there are super nice and welcoming. Nowadays, they help with printing out shipping labels from QR code. Easy and convenient.”

4325 1st Ave, Tucker“Lady there today was super helpful. I came in with hardware to send back to an eBay seller with nothing but my shipping return label and she did everything for me. I didn't spend a penny. And she was very sweet. Thank you Ma'am!”

7527 Roswell Rd, Atlanta“The counter worker Denzel is amazing and a ray of sunshine. Such a positive attitude, friendly, and good singer. All post offices need more positive people like him. Great experience.”
“Location is understaffed, but I had a very good experience with the only person at the front desk. He was polite, efficient, and friendly. Mailed an international package and bought some stamps. There was a wait mainly because he was the only staff in front, but he was thorough and professional.”
“Great attitude, love coming here in my neighborhood. No one in the area wants to work though. They come to work and then quit next 10 year. Lots of strain on the manager.”
8AM - 4:30PM
4567 Rockbridge Rd SW, Pine Lake“Received excellent customer service here! The location is small and it might have one or two clerks at that desk to assist you. My experience was great, the clerk was very helpful and accommodating, she even verified a zip code to ensure my package made it to its destination. Thank you Pine Lake branch!”

351 Ferst Dr NW, Atlanta“Best post office ever!I'm usually dont leave reviews to the USPS because they are mostly all bad.But I found this small USPS at Georgia Tech University and they are amazing. All employees are always willing to help and I need to recognize how unique is this.My best recommendation for the manager and to all employees from this location.”
“Jesse & Diane work hard behind the counter to help their customers. They are patient and make sure to fulfill all their responsibilities per their positions. The wait time is occasionally long but the quality of service is worth it.”

3328 E Ponce de Leon Ave, Scottdale“I have to brag on this wonderful woman who works SOLO at this branch! About a month ago I put all my daughter's high school graduation announcements in the mailbox at this location. The woman who works there had taped it up to tell people not to put mail in there but I did not see the tape. Weeks later I wondered if my cards were ever mailed so I went back. She told me they had removed that box, that mail was not supposed to go in there. I thought she would just drop it there, as so many government workers do, but no. Ms. Whitney picked up her own cell phone, made some calls, got my number, and told me she would call me back when she found our announcements. An hour later, she FaceTimed me to ask if the letters she was holding were ours. Yes! They were! The person who removed the box had them in a bag sitting in a room and no one knew about them. Whitney found them and mailed them for me. She went the extra mile! So while I'm annoyed with USPS right now, and that worker in particular, Ms. Whitney who must be overwhelmed with all the work in that branch ran the extra mile for me and now my daughter's announcements have been delivered. Thank you Ms. Whitney!!!!”
“I cannot say enough how JayAnd the staff goes out of thereWay to assist me. I have To give this diverse postal center, truck rental and gift shop the highest marks possible.Sincerely,Robert Trombetta.”
“Yulanda and C. Sykes are always extremely helpful and patient. During the winter holidays (when lines are extra long), they decorate the lobby in a fun and festive manner with holiday tunes so that although the wait is longer than usual, it can be pleasant.”

4707 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Atlanta“I wanted to send some large flat photo mailers international. I first went to the Briarcliff post office, where the clerk said they could not process international for some reason, and then told me that each packet required a customs form. So I took the forms and filled them out at home. The next day, I headed to the Chamblee post office, where I was told that they could not process international mail at their facility as their machines were down temporarily due to paperwork issues. The clerk recommended I go to the Dunwoody post office. When I went to the Dunwoody post office, the clerk questioned why I wasn't able to mail international at either facility, and said I didn't need a customs form for large envelopes that were less than 3/4 inches thick, and even showed me his screen with the instructions. There was no special machine to process international. He just used the same scale and program as for domestic. He processed my mailers at a letter rate which was much cheaper than the parcel rate that the Briarcliff clerk said I needed. I was in and out of the Dunwoody post office in a matter of minutes. I appreciate getting the quick efficient and accurate service that the other two post offices did not provide. For the record, the Briarcliff post office has not mailed international for me for at least two years that I recall. Guess I am driving to Dunwoody for this special service from now on.”

4455 Lower Roswell Rd, Marietta“I went in for help with a package from Switzerland that had an error with the address, they located the package and resolved the issue quickly and with a smile. 5 star service!”
“Mr.Allison & Mr.Will helped find my package and got it to me I’m very grateful and thankful. Also the man at the front desk helped as well , They didn’t stop till package was in hand . THANK YOU”
“When I was told I would have to mail everything for my passport renewal through the USPS, I psyched myself up for a not so great experience and headed over to the Peachtree Corners location. Talk about a nice surprise! I was helped by the nicest lady (I failed to get her name, darnit!) who reviewed my info, and made sure I had everything filled out correctly (make sure you sign and date the application with black ink!!) and had me out of there in a jiffy knowing that my passport renewal should be seamless. This branch has completely changed my attitude about the USPS and is my go to moving forward! Highly recommend!”
“I had to send multiple tax returns today. Katherine was wonderful. She confirmed all the correct IRS and GA Department of Revenue PO Boxes. She suggested to only use First Class for my GA returns because the state picks up the returns directly which saved me $25. She had a very soothing manner and answered all my questions.”
9AM - 5PM
1551 Dunwoody Village Pkwy, Atlanta“No wait in line when I arrived mid-afternoon on a Thursday; the one customer ahead of me was gone before I had my items ready to take to the counter. USPS employee that helped me was nice/friendly. No complaints.”
“I know most people don't have good experiences at post offices, but I want to shout out the staff at this building for going above & beyond in seeking out a lost package. Post offices in Georgia have been heavily defunded and many errors are not the staff's fault, so having someone who worked here personally go and ensure mail was being sorted through in order to find an important lost package on my behalf meant a lot. Thank you ladies!”
“I was hesitant to come here due to all the negative reviews but decided to try anyway. I came on a Thursday at 11am and the staff was very kind to me. There was no line, the service was quick, I got offered stamps, and was given a receipt. He even made sure I knew how to track my package. This might have been pure luck, but this was a great experience and I thought I'd do the kind gentleman that helped me some justice by sharing my experience publicly.”
9AM - 5PM
1075 Peachtree St NE Ste 6, Atlanta“I’ve had awful experiences at most of the other local USPS offices. Just a lot of less than kind people working these days. This one however, is immaculate. It’s clean, and the ladies working behind the desk are always very sweet. They also validate parking for free for 30 minutes.”
8:30AM - 6PM
8920 Eves Rd, Roswell“The USPS gets a lot of bad reviews and it's not hard to see why. It's a public service that EVERYONE uses, and like all other useful public services this one finds itself consistently underfunded and understaffed. But despite the systematic issues the post office faces, I would say the folks at MY local post office have been very helpful in locating my missing packages. Bless the people that work here, I cannot imagine the insanity they have to deal with every day.”
“Best post office I’ve ever been to. Robert and the staff were very professional, cordial and patient with my many complex needs. I am very impressed and changed from another post office. I hope this location gets the federal funding needed to update the building structure though.”
9AM - 5PM
822 Ralph McGill Blvd NE, Atlanta“I've been here a handful of times because my orders were "undeliverable" to my address for whatever reason. Each time I've come, I received the help I needed. No one was ever rude to me or wasn't willing to help. (maybe new management? not sure) other reviews depict this place to be so awful but I do not have that experience, probably the "worst" experience I can say I've encountered is the wait time but EVEN then I never waited for more than 10minutes so it is not bad at all. The last time I was here, I realized that my boyfriend had a package dropped here (Either one of us weren't aware - only because the lady who was helping me told me there was an additional package labeled for my address) and she was very helpful in retrieving the item for me. My boyfriends package was large and heavy and she even offered to take it to my car!
This place is not a service post office like others in the area, it is just for pick up and drop off only. And it clearly states that when searching online, and several notices along the entrance and inside, I'm unsure how people miss it and get upset, drive an extra 5-10 minutes to the next post office .”
“The lady working the front desk at this post office was friendly, kind, and efficient. There was only one staff member and a line, but it moved quickly.
In general I do not like USPS, but only use it when I have to (such as mailing in passport application). I would rate USPS overall as a 0/5 as they constantly lose my mail, but want to give todays lady at this location credit.”
“I love coming here honestly, everyone is so kind and happy! Especially Lance!!! He’s awesome, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful, kind, and funny. Not often do you meet people like that at USPS!! THANK YOU LANCE!”
