Love this location so much! ❤️ The staff is awesome and I love them all so much!! The front desk employees are friendly and welcoming from the second you walk in, and the coaches push you and cheer you on to your goals one class at a time, and they bring the party on special playlist days! I broke my leg last summer and had to go on hold for 4 months and the whole team still made me feel a part of the family, texting/ DMing/ chatting on the phone to check on me, and were just as excited as I was when I got back to my pre injury weight and improved my body comp?. Also there’s more space in the studio than a lot of other OTFs I’ve visited?. Give this location a try- 10/10, would highly recommend?

Orangetheory member for a bit over a year visited the studio for my 1st time.Very large and spacious studio.Coach Beth was great.Please make the 12pm class daily!

I absolutely love the Chamblee location and instructors. I've traveled to many Orangetheory locations in the US, and Chamblee ranks as my favorite studio.Beth and Stephanie are incredible coaches, and the front desk staff is warm and welcoming. They motivate you to perform well, but they also take the time to give tips and individual instruction when form is incorrect to avoid potential injuries.Highly recommend trying them out!

I recently switched from OTF Brookhaven to this Chamblee location and it's been the best decision I've made. All 4 coaches at this location are absolutely top notch. They offer a lifting class Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday am that is a great alternative/extra class from the typical OTF class model. Also, the studio manager and SA's at the front always bring the energy when you walk in and make you feel excited to be there. Would recommend joining this location.

Orangetheory Chamblee is the best! Every week it just energizes so much & the staff is so full of energy and positivity. Love the place. Coach Beth is just awesome, you gotta have a coach like her. So motivating & guiding. Wish we had teachers like her when in school! Keep it up you guys - Aarti & Amit!

I really liked the friendly communication before my first time visiting this studio.It was super clean which is one of my fave things in a gym. ?Coach Chiara is my fave part of a Saturday sesh bc she is kind, funny, and she offers great advice and encouragement throughout the class.Plus, her play lists are fire!

The level of incompetence at this location is mind blowing. I’ve been a member of Orange Theory on and off since 2014 and at 3 different studios due to relocating states and always had a good experience. Overall as a company it’s great, but I can not say strongly enough to avoid this this location. They’ve had at least three different managers in the year they have been open and none of them seem to know what’s going on.There were classes open and booked on Election Day and they randomly decided to close at noon so when my friend and I both showed up for a class we had booked there was no one there. The kicker was that they just moved us to a class the next day but didn’t tell us, so we were both docked for not showing up to a class time we did not book.When I tried to cancel a few months ago, the manager told me I would be charged one last time on May 5th per their cancellation policy. Then someone else told me they were in fact the manager, not the person who said she was in email, and they would be charging me on April 21. That’s all fine, but it took several emails and calls with conflicting information and two different people telling me that they are the one in charge to get it figured out. Now, weeks after the last time I should have been charged I was charged again today. When I called the person who answered said “yea I can see you were charged”but can’t do anything about but she’ll let a manager know. I’ve wasted so much so damn time communicating with this company over what should be a simple process.Until they finally find a decent manager, I’d dodge this location.

Good things:- great coaches and will help you with form etc- classes are varied and there are some fun challenges- the orange theory concept is great, and I enjoy the science behind itThings to improve:- they are not transparent with upcoming deals and I was encouraged to sign up immediately because I would get a good deal (saved like $20 on the monitor). They did not tell me about a sign up deal worth $110-$180 that they were starting 2/3 days later. They claim they did not know about until the day it became live- the music is awful, they move from genre to genre with every song. E.g. one minute they’re blasting 80s rock and the very next minute will be the latest drake song- there is not enough equipment and so you will likely have to use lighter weights than you would like

This is by far the best gym and workout environment. I am new to Orange Theory, so I was a bit intimidated at first. But the coaches make it so easy and comfortable to learn and get stronger. Lara and Kevin are rock stars and go out of their way to check in with you. I can't say enough good things about this studio and the coaches. I love it! My spouse probably gets tired of hearing me talk about it. If you are hesitant to go, just do it! You won't regret it.
