“I visited Jiffy Lube for a brake replacement, and Pablo provided outstanding service. He was professional and went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything about my vehicle. Pablo educated me on why my front brakes kept wearing out and showed me the condition of the pads and rotors, explaining why they needed replacement. He also identified that my front tire was compromised and explained how the warranties worked in detail. I left Jiffy Lube not only with my car in better shape but also feeling more informed about my vehicle. Pablo's expertise has given me a lot of confidence in Jiffy Lube. “My family has been visiting Autobahn for a while now, probably half a decade at this point. And something I will say is that I cannot express how much I appreciate the service done here. In addition, I bother them so much, the least that I, as a customer, can do is write a positive review. Eric ensures the job is taken care of, and he remains transparent with what needs to be done in the present and in the future. He does not jack up prices at his own will, either. Coming from a woman who typically is intimidated by going to the mechanic, even for an oil change, I'm so happy to have found a place that does not take advantage of women. Eric has provided me assurance about oil changes and any kind of minor issues in a gentle manner. “My Minicooper never bothered me for many years until recently the check engine light was on. I went to our local shop where I usually do my oil change and was told they didn't have a certified technician to do German cars and was recommended to dealer to check it. Fortunately, my friend recommended to Ming's auto service. When I got there the owner Vincent used his special machine to try to find why the light was on and luckily, he found it. He immediately ordered the part for me and asked me to come on next day. My car was fixed on next day without any problem. He is very knowledgeable and explained the detail to me why the engine light was on. He didn't charge me diagnosis fee and the price for fixing the issue is very reasonable. “I have been using Catherine's for 10+ years for my Chevy. They do great work at a reasonable price, and everything is always clearly explained by Geornette. I know enough about cars to know that Geornette knows way more than I do, and she has a great way of explaining everything in plain English so I understand the work that needs to be done, the steps they want to take, and the expected cost. I find them to be quite conservative in recommending work as well. The technician produces a great report each time, but unless something really needs repairs, it's not flagged as an issue (unlike other places I've been where every little thing becomes a recommended repair, which inflates the bill).
I recently added a car to my fleet and tried to take it to a Mercedes specialist - big mistake. The repair estimate was over $1k for work that had already been done (that other garage wanted to redo it just in case it was done wrong the first time - seriously). I called Geornette and she got me in right away, listened to my concerns, and their team started diagnostics where the seller's garage had left off. They found a wiring issue that was much easier and less expensive to replace than the repairs suggested by the other shop. They are my heroes! Now I have two cars that I'll be taking here.”
“Had a really nice experience taking my car in for an oil change yesterday. Everyone was friendly, quick and professional. The tech pointed out that my oil plug had been damaged or over-torqued at quick lube previously and replaced it without charge.
