This community is one of the most amazing communities in the Chamblee Tucker area… my first visit along with many more was nothing short of an amazing experience from the customer service, to the hospitable snacks, the tour, the cleanliness etc… I personally worked with Glendy bc of her assertiveness and diligence she showed throughout the entire experience. She gave me plenty of options and let all of my needs. I am so happy and well pleased with my home… thank you Nora3200 and the entire team for making this process smooth and easy for me.

When I moved here I was very happy about this place. The organization and how Glendy and Quala were keeping this place in good condition. Now since Quala left , the grass is not taking care off often, the pool still closed and we are almost done with July, the bugs are insane. I can’t go to the park next to the pool for too long bc the mosquitoes are just annoying. Sorry but someone needs to put hands on this apartments again. It was great hopefully we can have everything in order.

This apartment complex is very affordable and leasing agent Glendy Lopez is very helpful and went above and beyond to find the right apartment for me. A true hidden gem. My leasing agent Glendy Lopez was the best she made sure that everything was up to par for when I moved in. Great environment and thank you again Glendy Lopez YOU ARE THE BEST

Let me go ahead and get straight to the point when you first move in the leasing agents are going to be nice because they want that commission/bonus. But what I will tell you is beware. Sometimes it takes weeks or months to get something repaired. Every time you turn around, they have a different set of maintenance technicians. You don’t know who will be entering in your apartment. So that should tell you something if they can’t keep people around to work. Also you will get fees added without notice. I’m all for communicating and being transparent. The last straw for me was that they added a fee called “ common area electricity” and what I was told was that it is a fee for the light poles and lighting in common areas in the apartment complex. I have never in my life ever heard of a fee like that. I’ve spoken to other people who have been renting throughout Atlanta, Georgia, and they never heard of that type of fee. I’m assuming that they’re passing the buck off to their renters. I think it’s a shame that this company would do this. Just imagine for every apartment they are charging that fee for the “common area, electricity”, and just imagine that fee is probably not being equally split throughout the community renters . I actually asked to see what the light bill was for the community and how did they come up with the fee to be split for each apartment. They have a risk assessment fee, which is a fee. If you do not have renters insurance, I have submitted my insurance paperwork numerous times and each month. I have to go to the leasing office and say hey can you remove that fee? I have attached pictures to show the fees.

I just moved in a month ago. It was a little bit rocky in the beginning. But now, I absolutely love my Apartment. It is always peaceful and quiet. Clean outside. Convenient to shopping and Marta transportation to work. Glendy, the assistant property manager, has been such a nice person. When we first came in the office and toured the Apartment until the day we got everything completed to move in. She was very responsive to all of my emails and inquiries about any issue. I would most definitely recommend Nora3200. I hope to make this my home for many many years to come.

I have had a very good and pleasant experience going to the process. Bothe the Manager and the Assistant Manager are very knowledgeable and professional. They had answered all the questions without any hesitation. They were completely honest and detailed in the process. The apartment was turned in clean and with no problems. I have seen previous reviews, and every person experiences are different; however, my experience was a very positive one. Very happy.

I love this place. I want to first off give a shout out to AJ the maintenance man for ALWAYS coming to the rescue for all my issues he is swift and very professional. Also Glendy and Quala are amazing. Definitely will be renewing my lease here the area is quiet and neighbors are very understanding. 5 stars for sure

I’m very disappointed at how this ended. I was excited about the property the space and photos look appealing. Paid my app and admin it seem like I was given a constant run around. What I did not understand was the manager and assistant manager from what I’m told was contacting the locator to tell her they reached out to me when I hadn’t heard from them. I’m glad that I have the time to find a place otherwise I would be stuck out!
The day they approved me but we needed to go another avenue because of my credit I just so happened to go look at the reviews. That very day there was 3 unhealthy reviews made and I believe this was my Red Flag. I’m typically the person that will do something and be agitated with how things turn out. My concern was “if this is what happens in the administration process I can only consider what would happen if I were an actual occupant.”
Which was 2 out of the 3 complaints.
The cost of living is too high to be living somewhere and you have no peace when you get to that establishment.

Glendy has been so helpful me move in. Glendy has the best personality. I love stay here and Glendy has been so helpful I really appreciate of her help. Every thing is all point and love that here. With Glendy in my corner I know it’s going to be great stay here.

I have been here for 3 years. Three different management changes and the maintenance has not improved. Everyone is nice and friendly and that's cool but the maintenance is horrible. My place has flooded three times. The first time, I received prompt service, the other two times, I had to wait at least three days for a response. The air conditioner goes out every summer and it takes weeks to get fixed. Now leaking pipes for over a month. Friendly staff does not excuse the bad maintenance service.

Just moved into the area for work! Quala made this process as smooth and easy as possible. Definitely a very quiet neighborhood and close to many things for you to walk or drive to.

I've never had a bad maintenance experience & today was no different. Special thank you to Trevinio for taking care of my work orders quickly & professionally & for staying positive when they required more effort than either of us realized. The extra mile was appreciated .
