“Javier is absolutely amazing! I needed my phone screen replaced and when I called him, he told me it'll cost about $700 bucks because it was an iPhone 15 pro-Max. He advised I get the Apple care n wait couple of days to use it for the repair. He looked up the imei and to my surprise, repair was free of charge and I didn't even need the Apple care to repair it. He's absolutely amazing!!!!”

Went online to schedule but decided to call which was the best choice because online schedule me for 6pm drop-off as opposed to 2pm get it by 6 and suggested a better screen protector, which I really like...honesty, courtesy & on time delivery....Oh, by the way they completed the job ahead of the 6pm.....5:11 to be exact!”

“Jessica and Derrick were both really helpful when I came in. I was looking to start a new phone plan with AT&T and came in pretty close to closing on a busy day. Derrick was really helpful, gave great suggestions, and generally a fun conversationalist. Eventually I had wrong information from my old carrier and needed to come back the next day. I worked with Jessica the next day, and she was holding down the fort really well. Apparently Derrick had gone to get more SIM cards, truly a noble quest. Especially because I preferred a physical SIM, the timing was excellent. The process went really smoothly, and I had a wonderful experience overall. Despite the high volumes of customers (back to school at GT), they gave everyone undivided attention and great service!”

It was a Sunday and the well-known chain of shops that my phone insurance company uses no longer stocks screens for slightly older Samsung phones, so they had told me I needed to get a new device. I called him and not only did he have the part in stock but he was able to do it quickly and stayed late on a Sunday to help me out. If not for him all of my secondary authentications required for my employers would have been out of service for a few days, awaiting whatever Verizon wanted to send to me. Instead I was able to be back and running in less than 2 hours & all ready for Monday morning. His work was quick but thorough, and everything is working great.
