It was not too busy in the stire at 8 pm on black Friday. The clerk said it had been very busy. Bought a 7 ft Frasier fir for $63 which was a deal these days. It normally sells for $80. Got help picking out a tree and it was cut, wrapped and loaded into the suv. Lowes also had poinsettias on sale. The 1 qt was $1.50 and the 2 qt was $8. The vest time to buy. I had friendly service. The guy helping with the tree was the first person to wish me a merry Christmas. ?

Absolutely awesome! We bought our Whirlpool washing machine here Saturday. The folks working in appliances were amazing. They got us set up and our washing machine delivered within 24 hours. They matched the BrandsMart price and were so much easier to deal with. Weren’t pushy at all. Will definitely be back. This is our second appliance and both times were great.

The lady at the pro desk didn't scan my pro ID even after I showed it to her on my phone and said she had it. She rang up my purchases, close to $300 so when she asked how I wanted the receipt and I said "emai but it doesn't matter I have it in the app* she looked at me with a blank stare and I realized she definitely didn't have my pro ID and she asked for my email which confirmed it. I told her I was a veteran and a pro so I am definitely entitled to my discount. I don't know why I had to go to the other side of the store to rectify the issue but she told me I had to go to customer service. Please keep in mind I have guys waiting at the job and for me time literally is money in hours paid for labor. I get to the pro desk where william and then Dora took care of the issue and I received the discount. William was the exact opposite of the pro desk register, he was friendly, understanding and truly concerned about the customer. Dora came over to help and she was extremely gracious and phenomenal customer service skills. She definitely trains her employees well and it shows. Pro desk register 1 star, William and Dora 5 for sure. They saved Chamblee lowes from a horrible review.

I love this Lowes, I prefer to commute from Buckhead to shop here! Most of the employees here are very friendly and will go out of their way to assist you.
There is a white older male who wears all the military badges who is always running the self checkout, this man is not a good man to have at the end of customer experience. This man RUINS my A+ experience all the time with his sarcastic comments and his aggressiveness.
As a military personnel I know the procedure for inputting my ID for my discount so the checkout is usually a bit longer. I was trying to pay with my lowes card and I had it flipped around and this man literally walked up to me and grabbed by card out of my hand and swiped it..? then had the nerve to say there are only 4 ways you can swipe a card.. he literally showed me on my card saying "it's this way, that way, this way, or the correct way, which I did." I was so dumbfounded how condescending and narcissistic this man was and this is not the 1st time he's done something like this.
I yelled at him one time before because he said something sarcastic and degrading and he invaded my personal space by breathing over my back as if I'm stealing something.
I honestly think he's a sexist and a racist and needs to be terminated or work in the back somewhere.
