Price rung up incorrect as register didn't reflect the clearance price. Manager could help at all. I live an hour from the store and they required me to come in to the store to adjust for their mistake.

This is the second Home improvement challenge that I have been disappointed with. My local Lowe's cannot seem to get it right. After ordering online and believing everything was accurate, I received a call from the store to confirm my order. After going over the item and specifically telling the associate which item I wanted, the installer showed up with the wrong item. When he called the day of the delivery, I asked if he would insure the correct item was being delivered. When he arrived, it was the wrong item. I tried calling my local store to which I was frustrated with the telephone tree!! When I was finally connected to a human being, explained the error, Lauryn said she would check and get back to me. That did not happen until the following day at which time I had called the corporate office and given up and accepted the wrong delivered item. When Kay returned my call from the local store to follow up we discussed what had happened. She agreed to give me a 10% mark down. This issue is very last time I will use Lowe's for my home improvements. Two debacles with large dollar value projects is two too much!! Also, I will certainly advise family and friends to be very cautious using this Lowe's store.

GO TO "LOWES SUCKS" ON FACEBOOK AND SEE 15,000 OTHERS LIKE US WHO WERE RIPPED OFF BY LOWES BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I am not sure if this problem is now with all Lowe's locations or just this one location. But if you need to replace a mechanics wrench by Craftsman that has a lifetime warranty and you do not have a purchase receipt, then don't bother going to this store. The employees at the customer service desk said that their manager told them to no longer honor the lifetime warranty of Craftsman tools without a receipt. The manager was not available so I could not confirm this. And I could not find any clear information on the Lowes(dot)com website from my smartphone regarding this. I purchased the tool from Sears 25 to 30 years ago! Who keeps purchase receipts for that long? So I had to contact Craftsman directly to get a replacement.

Save yourself the frustration and don't come here, customer service is shit. I don't expect to be attended to like I'm royalty but if your not gonna help don't get in my way. Very unpleasant interaction with older man. Spent abt 20 min watching us struggle and made it quite clear that we were a hassle and making more work for him. I got so angry I told my father to leave what we were looking for and to spend his money somewhere else. We turned the corner and saw him chatting away. I guess Lowe's pays their employees to chat and to chastise others for being a hassle. Like I said IF YOU WONT HELP DONT GET IN MY WAY

One of the worst. Called on Fiberon composite decking. There AI or whatever sent me to the garden center. I told her what I was looking for, she mumbled something untellable and hung up. Called back, asked for the manager, hoping they could direct me to the correct dept or add some context. They picked up - NOT A WORD SPOKEN - after picking up, and click - hung up immediately. I called there 800 # customer service - no kidding, I am not making this up it was a 30 minuet wait. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LOWE'S EVER AGAIN !!!!! BTW, this is easily close to a 7K sale.

Such a shame that customer service is not what it used to be. When you call to check on an appliance delivery that never arrives and are lied to by an associate of Lowe's. Not only do they not help you they tell you to call a different store that you did not buy from to check the order, ask for a manager to state they are the manager and hang up. Guess what they were not the manager. So they would treat you horrible on the second call and prior to hanging up said fine come to the store. The manager obviously knew I would show up, never apologized for the associates behavior or they gave that I had to drive to get a response. He had no concern that his employee would loose out on the sale. Shame on you Lowe's as you have driven a customer elsewhere from now on. Shame on Chad the manager today for not addressing the issue and trying ti resolve it to satisfaction.

As always I wanted to make a quick stop buy a few pots and some dirt for my basil. Well the $3.68 pots were in actuality $14.98 at checkout. I was told I could go complain to customer service where one lone individual was attempting to help customers. It's awful, everything is always stocked incorrectly and it's my fault.

I would like to commend Casey and Natalie, the ladies at your paint desk, who helped my husband and I achieve the perfect color for our concrete front step. The color we picked initially did not look good, so we brought the paint back. Between the two of them they were able to achieve the color that worked best. Thanks for having such great, caring employees at the Lowes store in Chamblee, Georgia.

My Wife and I purchased a new gas stove and we were told it would be delivered Thursday, March 30 between 12;00 Noon and 5:00PM. We cancelled all other plans and waited and waited. Around 5:00 PM my wife called and was told that it was sent to the Stone Mountain store, she called and was put on hold and no one ever picked up so we went to the Stone Mountain Store and after waiting over an hour we were told it would be delivered Next Thursday, April 6. If someone at Lowe's would have given us our stove I would have carried it home and installed it myself, but they would not so I will be shopping for a stove somewhere else.

WHAT HAPPENED TO ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? After two ridiculously rude interactions with (2) separate members of the LOWES staff in Coeur d'Alene, ID, I left my cart and walked out. WHY would I shop someplace who treats me like I am bothering them when help is needed? There were no smiles, no THANK YOU's, but the paint guy was quick to shrug his shoulders (several times) with a grimace (Go F$#^ yourself) look when I asked him & even showed him a picture of the paint I needed, he certainly never offerred to try and match it. And that was it for me. I don't need to spend my hard earned cash someplace when it goes towards the salaries of rude & disrespectful employees. I would much rather go someplace else and even pay more for same or similar product before I go back to Lowes again. Good Riddance to these large corporate places who have zero regard for hard working Americans.
