I'm in the Athens ga area, I had tim as my technician. It went very smoothly. Tim has lots of experience and took really special care not to mes up my nice car. I was really nurvous for getting this done and he reassured that everything would go well. Great staff and great work! They even mad exceptions for me on how to pay them for I was at work while I had it done. Really satisfied!

Love chips auto glass a guy named Brandon had come out to my job said it would take 45-1 hour and had it done before time I have nothing bad to say abt this company they are rlly good for replacing glass quick and no damage done I definitely recommend using chips auto glass

I recently had a frustrating experience with Chips Auto Glass that I feel compelled to share. On the day of my installation, the installer called to let me know they would arrive in 30 minutes. However, they didn’t show up until two hours later, which was already inconvenient.
When the installation was finally done, I was very disappointed with the workmanship. The seals and gaskets were not installed to the original condition, which was concerning; however the installer said, “it shouldn’t leak”. To make matters worse, the automatic rain sensor was improperly reinstalled, causing my windshield wipers to activate every time I started the car.
When I brought this to the attention of the supervisor, he acknowledged the issue but claimed that the gaskets were “hard to reinstall” and could not be fixed. Although he attempted to repair the rain sensor, he was unsuccessful. His suggestion was to wait until I got another crack in the glass to replace it.
Overall, my experience with Chips Auto Glass was far from satisfactory, but at least my windshield was replaced.

Dianna and her team are fantastic! After being told at a dealership that it would take over a month to fix a shattered sunroof, Chip's was able to get the job done in under 24 hours! I enthusiastically recommend them!

I come to this business because Curry Honda recommend them. I brought the auto to the establishment and the lady upfront gave me this estimate and few days when I wanted to bring my car they raised the price from 620.62 to 1200.00. The price increased within days. Lots of hidden costs , do not use this establishment.

We had someone come to the house to fix a cracked windshield. I should have taken a before and after shot of the molding because the after didn't look right at all. I could see the clips on the vertical molding on both sides of the windshield, and the horizontal molding across the top of the windshield looked like it was done by a first--grader - all wavey and not seated uniformly. Needless to say after the first big rainstorm, the driver side floorboard was soaked.
I took it in to Chips Auto Glass to have it redone. Wayne Edwards did a fantastic job on the replacement. The molding looks as it should - like it just came off the dealers lot. He even cleaned out the sunroof drains. When he was done he walked me thru everything to make sure I was satisfied.
Highly satisfied! Ask for Wayne Edwards!

I came to Wayne and Dave with an older Porsche that needed the rear glass reset, a job that the “big” shops would not touch. They gladly took it in and did a fabulous job of removing the glass, cleaning it up, and resetting it in the frame. They were very easy to work with and very professional. Thank you!!!

Omg! Where do I begin? If I could give more stars, I would. The company was outstanding from beginning to end. The moment the incident occurred, I anxiously went on the web in search of same day services. And this company provided just that. Mr. Wayne and Nina, aka Na, went above & beyond. They provided excellent communication and made me laugh after having an extremely hard morning. It was truly a pleasure meeting them in my time of need. My windshield looks as if it nothing occurred. I will go back if ever needed. & you should too for all your windshield needs. Fast & efficient services!

The manager Diana and her team are amazing! I came to her through a third party and am so happy I did. We were traveling through for a funeral and had our sunroof explode on the way. I was in a position where I needed the repair to be done quickly on a Friday so I could drive the van back to Texas. It was a time crunch and she understood the situation and the need for the job to be completed before the weekend. She and one of her technicians stayed after hours on a Friday to get the job done so we could return on time. There are not enough words or praise I can offer this location. The job was completed perfectly and she came through for me in a huge way that I will forever be grateful for.
