Worked with Peter on getting in a new vehicle. I reached out to the dealership via email and got a response back in less than 24 hours. We were able to do most of the groundwork over the phone and once I came to the dealership we were able to review my options. The dealership team was friendly as well as knowledgeable, and helped make the process of purchasing a new vehicle as low stress as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking (serious inquiries of course). Overall a great experience.

After going to multiple dealerships, I went to Landmark without an appointment or any idea of the cars they had. Darryl showed me a few options and just like that in less than 2 hours I bought a car within my budget. Darryl was great, he was very knowledgeable and treated me and my father with respect. 5/5 recommend Landmark!

Worst customer service experience in the parts department. The lady, Shay I believe is her name, should not be behind the counter. Didn't greet us, didn't ask how she could help, just sat there eating behind the desk. Once we asked if we could buy a part she handed over a sheet of paper and said "fill this out". Then slowly walked to the back to hand it to someone who could find the part. Which also took some time.
The only positive was the man, Rich, who retrieved the part and took payment. He was friendly.
Hire someone who knows what customer service is to work behind the desk.
