Very professional and knowledgable. Mr. Kishi himself took time to show us different rugs and gave us a lot of good tips about how to find a right authentic rug. We went to several other Rug shops around atlanta but ended up going back to Kishi's and bought our first handmad Rug :) I highly recomend Kishi's Rugs.
