My A/C was blowing hot on my Genesis G80 that I recently purchased. Dealership said they fixed it, but they clearly didn’t. Took it into J & L and it was fixed and blowing ice cold in only half a day. Great and fast service, during the heat of a Georgia July, was much appreciated.

They kept my car for almost a year. Took thousands of dollars from me and never fixed the problem. After paying him almost $2,000. My engine light came on AGAIN after I was given my car back from them. Peter told me what the problem was and told me that I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket other than for the part that I needed for my inconvenience. I had to call for updates on my vehicle. I guess he was tired of lying and told me that my car was ready. I come to pick it up and the engine light was STILL ON! I noticed and informed him. He then lied on my 84 year old dad about telling him that I needed a timing belt! Why would I give you thousands of dollars to fix everything but the problem?

We’ve come to trust the diagnosis and repair work of J&L after their willingness to repair a leaking fuel injector rail on our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. Our prior shop wasn’t interested in repairing it because they could not source a replacement fuel rail, however it needed only a seal kit. J&L has consistently had a “can do” attitude and stands behind their work.

As always, good work done as promised. I own an older collectable so I'm pretty serious about who services it. I used the dealer for years until their work became too expensive, shottie and NEVER even close to on time. J & L has been consistent. They're my guys fir as long as they will take the truck. Good people.

I took my 2013 Fiat to Apollon Auto (a sister company), for an oil change and tuneup 8 days before I was to drive it to Cleveland, Ohio, where I’m moving. Somewhere between the oil change and the tuneup, I was told that they couldn’t get the car to restart. Dave from Apollon told me that he drove the car to J&L Auto because that is where the diagnostic work is done. Javier from J & L told me it was towed in. This is back in the beginning of February! After about 1 week, I was told the main computer on the car needed to be replaced and that they would have to look for one. I asked if they just wanted to buy the car because I would have no way to get it to Cleveland without having it shipped, and Javier told me he would get back to me. ( I offered to sell it at about 1/2 value.) After waiting a month without hearing anything, I contacted both Greg and Javier. Javier said they did not with to purchase the car. I told him that I went on Google and researched for the main computer and saw many advertised. Javier told me he would keep me posted. Once again, I have heard nothing! So it has been about 7 weeks and I am here up north walking and taking public transportation and Uber. There is no sense or urgency with this company!! I have to do the research for them and still nothing is done. Haven’t even gotten any sort of an estimate either. They have a huge lot with about 60 cars sitting there. Now I know why. You take your car there and it goes into limbo. Although everyone has told me that Apollon must have messed up my car, I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that it’s possible that something could break at the wrong time, but at least let’s come to some sort of a closure! Very frustrated!******UPDATE****** Was in town yesterday and went to check on my car. It has now been 9 weeks! The car is sitting in the back of the lot with an I painted on the windshield. Javier tells me he isn’t bothering to give me an estimate because I am not going to pay him since I asked if he wanted to buy the car! 1)First of all- it’s very insulting to say that to a customer that has no history of non-payment. 2) I asked if you wanted to buy the car because previously Apollon offered to buy my son’s car when we mentioned that we were going to put it up for sale. While I would prefer to have my Fiat in running condition, it’s going to be a hassle and expense to get it to Ohio and thought it may be simpler to just offer it to you at a price where you could make a $1000 profit on resale. 3) I did not bring the car to you-it was your partner company Apollon and you are making them look bad with your poor service. 4) You can check with Apollon-they have installed 2 engines for me plus other work plus the people I have referred to them and they have always been paid in a timely manner. FYI- The proper way to treat a customer is to give them a timely estimate and then it is up to the customer to either get the work done or have the vehicle removed from your business in a timely manner. For all readers out there……when a business does not respond to a bad review it is because they know the reviewer is writing the truth and they have no defense. There is a lot full of vehicles just sitting there. Is it perhaps they stall long enough to have a car declared abandoned in order to resell them????

The vacumn locks and vacumn parking brake release were mot repaired. I will not be able to bring the car back until 1st of May.

I took my Nissan there and was very pleased. They were very professional, and very nice. Although they weren't able to fix the car we did set up a plan so I look forward to dealing with them again
