Was going in to pick up a car for my insurance claim from my car accident an the Front desk person name Sharyln was very rude an rasist to me I will never in my life come back to this location of hurtz I am very disappointed I have been coming to hurtz for years

They are hidden in a brown building no name on the outside advertisement post. Then they gave me a car I didn’t reserve, and I had to pay more. And then they gave me the worst car they had on the lot. The front end was pulling to the left, the transmission was going out and the car was dirty. Do not go to Hertz!!!!

Expedited service that gets you on your way, complimented by pleasant staff. The location, however, is nondescript as there is no signage, but the location is in the main building.

Hertz charges almost $10 per toll charge as a "convenience fee." They don't tell you or charge you until well after rental is completed. Terrible practice. I stopped using Sixt's rental service for the same reason. Why reward companies that choose to charge exorbitant fees by bringing them your hard-earned cash. There is no way that Hertz has more vested than the states and the federal government when it comes to highway toll costs. Terrible business practice. I guess I should expect as much from a company that has allowed many customers to be arrested under false pretenses regarding vehicles that have been returned. Don't believe me? Look it up....

Such an amazing staff and extremely helpful. The manager was very friendly and they all worked efficiently it was amazing. I wasn’t even in there an entire 10 minutes but a wonderful experience.

The negative reviews were almost convincing BUT I saw personally, the staff here were great. They assisted me & I even got my car a little earlier than expected. No cons. All pros. Thnx again to the staff :)

I am 62 years old and an AARP member I book my car rental reservations through Expedia AARP travel desk each time I go to pick up a rental car I am told no available cars since I rented through a third party. Expedia AARP have been informed of these practices with no prior resolution

Ansolutely horrible location and staff. Staff closed office before pickup time. One employee came back because she forgot something and refused to serve us stating that now the time is 5:04. Absolutely horrible service and absolute disregard for the customer especially when Hertz allowed booking from 5:15 PM.
