Excelsior sold for $300.00 what Kroger wanted $480.00 for. I pressed Kroger as to how they could be so much more expensive. They said they could not sell it cheaper.

I just had one of the rudest customer service experiences I've ever had in my life.First, the representative claimed my insurance didn't cover my medication so I had to pay $130. I've never had my insurance nit cover this particular medication, so when I inquired further I was told to talk to my insurance provider to verify my coverage. When I called my insurance provider they let me know my copay was $20. So I called this place back and told them and they immediately gave me an attitude and claimed I had misinterpreted what they said.After going back and forth, they finally took my HSA card information but said it declined twice and that I had to pay via my card. So now they have my financial information after trying and failing to get me to pay full price for a medication that was covered.I already called my doctor and insurance provider to let them know about my experience and will escalate this to any pharmaceutical reporting agency I can.This place is a joke and my card better not have fraudulent charges on it.

Best pharmacy experience ever! You can tell the pharmacist really cares about getting your medication to you, I will never fill prescriptions with anyone else!

Amazing! Apparently big pharmacy drug stores are not always the way to go. When the insurance company denied a prescription, Walgreens sent it back to the Physician's Assistant (PA) to take care of instead of calling them... luckily the PA knew about Excelsior Pharmacy and called the prescription into them. They took care of it right away and got it approved through the insurance company. And they also knew it would have been a long drive to get to them so they were proactive and mailed the prescription to me. I am very grateful! Meanwhile, Walgreens is still leaving a message about my prescription being delayed... but they aren't doing anything about it. Imagine if this was a life or death prescription (it isn't luckily), but I would put a call into Excelsior before the big companies from now on.Thank you Excelsior for handling it!

The intial process was great. They contacted me about my prescription and I even requested another prescription be sent to them because of their speedy response. Unfortunately, instead of waiting a day for to receive our medication, we will be waiting at leastfour days(was due to be delivered on a friday). I even received a text stating it would be delivered but it wasn't. It's so disappointing because, as we wait, my daughter's skin is getting worse. Hopefully we won't have these issues going forward, should we decide to use their service again.EDIT: Medicine came the day after it was supposed to, with explanation of delay. Thank you.
