We have been using Emory Village Maud Baker Flowers for years, and every time I think they can't get better they do! Nicole, especially, has helped me so many times, to create just the right arrangement, whether for my personal use or giving, or for business purposes. Large or small, the arrangements are always GORGEOUS and people rave about them! Can't recommend them highly enough! I would give them more stars if I could!

I think we can all agree that that what was received and the picture on the website are not even close. Terrible customer service as well.

Do not use this florist! I received an arrangement last Wed. In 3 days all of the white roses were wilted and peddles falling off. The following day all of another tall white flower were all dead and flopped over. The shop was closed so I called first thing Mon am. They told me to send pics. I explained water has been added daily so rhe flowers had not died from neglect. Was told if I had let them know 3-5 day window they could have done something. Well Mon was day 5, day 4 they were closed. Refused to make it right. This is unacceptable! Flowers are expensive and the sender as well as the reviever should be happy with the flowers. Heads up....this florist doesn't care about the customer or their product. Unfortunate

We were so excited our baby girl and Son had 1st baby! Ordered from "From you Flowers" paid extra to get it same day, didnt didn't come ! When I called said for inconvenience they'd upgrade, didn't come next day after several calls , really upset by now, finally came 3 days later , left this dinky little dinkywicker basket, navy blue ribbon hanging off a little sky blue ribbon that didn't look at professional, sent 3 emails never tried to make it right! Shame hame Shame!

A close friend of the family passed away unexpectedly and I wanted to send same-day flowers to my mom. I'm so glad that I found Emory Village Maud Baker Flowers. They delivered on a Friday afternoon without issue and their prices were quite competitive. My mom was truly taken by the beauty of the arrangement and it brought her much comfort. Each day something else bloomed and she would thank me again. It was the gift that kept on giving. Thank you for brightening her days during a difficult time!

Called to order flowers and a young man answered. I told him what I wanted and where I wanted it to go. He abruptly, really interrupted me, and said that they don't deliver. And then hung up on me. As Clark Howard would say, "Customer No Service". Retrain your employees.

My aunt ordered an urn arrangement for her fathers funeral and it never got delivered. The funeralhome didn’t know where it was and no one would answer when called about why it never got delivered. A very upsetting incident. We will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a florist.

Ordered 36 roses on 2-11. On 2-14 21 flowers arrived. I recognize that counting to 36 requires fingers and toes, and maybe a friend. Disappointing that on Valentine's day a *florist* can't count. If you call them, they are closed - so the issue cannot even be resolved. Admittedly, part of this is proflowers' fault. But counting to 36 is definitely the florist. Perhaps a revisit to Sesame Street would help.

A friend from California sent a flower arrangement of yellow roses, yellow carnations, mums, and, mostly ferns. The flowers were very bright and fresh looking upon arrival.I changed the water daily. I trimmed the endsof each.Three days later the roses still have not opened;I had to discard one rose as it had turned brown. I, also, had to discard one of the mumsand the second mum is on life support. The carnations appear to be doing well. Most of the reviews for this florist have beenpositive. I guess I am one of the unluckycustomers.
