KIA Chamblee has done an excellent job helping me maintain my EV6 for the past 2+ years. This is new technology and they are working hard to be pros on EVs. Doing all the little things as well: making sure my car is cleaned and has ample charge when I pick it up.

Do not buy here. Both dealership and Corp are horrible. Kept my car for weeks because of a recall but are now refusing to reimburse the rental car even though they both confirmed it would be reimbursed.

I took my Kia Optima here for engine issues that were covered under warranty after leaving another Kia dealership. The Service director was very transparent with me about the process and what to expect. They did a great job on my car and are very professional . They got the job done in record time. I would definitely be back here.

Stephen was very helpful with my recall service. Dealership provided a one way Lyft trip to my home 4 miles away. Unfortunately they had to order an out of stock part, so I have to make a return trip.

Their customer service is not good. I leave multiple messages but i do not receive a return callstill do not get a call back. I just had my engine replaced in my car but when i drove the car it made me so sick, but they refuse to do a diagnostic to determine what is the issue just because no one else has had the same response. I've had my car since 2018 and I know the sounds and the smells of my car and the fact that it makes me nauseous, gives me headache, and the side of my face goes numb means something is not right.
I left a message for Jeff but instead of addressing my concerns an employee sent me a text message and said I needed to pick up my car.
My experience with ed boils.Kia shamley has been very negative. They do not ask questions, they just jump to conclusions and our rude process. This is not a company I would recommend and I will find another kia dealership, after they fix this issue, to maintain my vehicle and if in the future I want to buy a car, I would never buy a car from this dealership.
